I had wanted to have it done for some time and Bill had done a fantastic job cleaning a couch and sofa chair for me earlier in the year so I knew I wanted him to do the carpet as soon as I could work it into both of our schedules. I only wish I had more things for him to clean!! I have his business information handy at my business to be able to recommend him to my customers.Plan on giving it out every chance I have to anyone needing his type of service. Plus he gave me the name of another independent for other services and if Bill gives them a great review that is all I need.

It was excellent. I called and made my appointment which was very easy to get the day and time I needed. They arrived on time and started working immediately. I was a little concerned about my couch because it was showing a lot of wear and tear, but they cleaned it and it turned out great. The carpets had some spots which they were able to get out and the carpet looks so good. It only took a few hours for them to do the upholstery and carpet, and it didn't take long for the carpet to dry. This is the second time I have used them and I will definitely use them again. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Clean white carpet with three kids--amazing! Bill from Heaven's Best does an excellent job. We have used his company in the past and are again pleased with the results--beautiful white carpets! This is an impressive feat considering we have three small children and a dog, and as you can imagine the carpets get quite filthy. We used to steam them ourselves but the results don't really compare to what Bill is able to do. Our carpets are cleaned quickly, dry quickly, and smell wonderful. Thanks Bill!

We switched to Heaven's Best about 7 years ago because he did so much better than our previous carpet cleaning company. We have stuck with Bill ever since. He cleans our carpets and area rugs, and I usually ask for the protector as well. Kids and dogs track allot of dirt into the house, and the protector he puts on at the end help it clean up better next time. I think his prices are a bit high, but well worth it. He does a complete and thorough job and is on time and professional. Highly recommend his work!

Heaven's Best did a great job.  They were very professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning the carpets.  They were very thorough and the carpets look great.  I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Bill was highly recommended not only on Angie's list but by another professional in the business (who had done a great repair job for me). Outstanding business owners are happy to recommend other outstanding business owners.  Bill was easy to reach and quickly set up our appointment for 9:00 this morning. He gave me a reminder call yesterday and was here on time as promised. He left a while ago and the pieces look FANTASTIC!  He is going to be coming back to clean the living room carpet and I will be sending his information to everyone on my email list and taking his business cards with me to my business hoping to connect people that I care about with his great service.
