I wrote a previous review and the owner joked about how I was from NJ & didn't work there. Well, he worked on my FL home, I was just in the system as living in NJ. Shoddy work didn't stand up with the finish coming off in multiple places. The owner repeatedly said he would come & look at job and maybe rectify it. Constantly promises, never comes; we have been talking for 5 months. I just want people to know that this company does not stand behind its work. So beware.

"CAT PEE IS BIG ISSUE! We use Bona products in all our work, "The best". The issue was few spots, I'm sorry that it happen to these people but cannot control after We are gone. I encourage people to read other comments from other projects . I feel bad , but things aren't perfect all the time , they where gone for a while and when they came back I was out of town, bad timing, that's all, however I would like to see what really the problem is. Christian, Marcus, and his team are fabulous. They answered every question we asked. They showed up exactly on time and did exactly what we asked of them. They even came back afterwards to do some touchup work for us (that we neglected to think about initially). Overall, they were so professional, so polite, and so great. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! i just renovated a 1925 Spanish Mission house. had the floors installed and Christian/Marcus and their guys did an OUTSTANDING JOB staining and finishing them!! They were priced right and made sure they met my timeline. But, here is a true test of professionalism and customer appreciation. After the move in, as much as we tried to protect the floor, it got pretty scratched up. Christian and Marcus sent over Alex and Jose and within 1 hour, my floors looked as good as the day they did it! They did NOT have to do me this HUGE favor but they did, and for it, I TRULY APPRECIATE IT! Call them!! you wont be sorry.
