USA Tree Service, LLC

I've hired USA tree service several times and was very pleased, but not this time. The price for cutting down 2 palms was over $800.00 and we had an arbor trimmed. It turned out terrible. I had to hire someone to fix the arbor, trim 3 very large and high palms, cut down a very large tree and haul away an extremely large amount of yard waste. I charge from this licensed and insured person was $600.00.

They were very helpful with some minor discripency on a specific tree that had to be taken out that wasn't on the work order. However they completed the job in a timely fashion, and the quality of their work was exceptional.. I would certaily recommend them.

Tom Hawkins We had two very large oak trees removed. That were close to the house. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable about how to remove them without any damage to the property. They were very good about removing all the debris as well as cleaning up. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to anyone who needed this type of service. I have hired USA Tree Service to trim and remove trees for me on several different occasions, the most recent being 8/3/2020. They have a good crew of workers who completed the removal of two trees and stumps and trimmed dead wood from eight other trees. Their price was competitive (though not the lowest) but I selected them based on past experience. They came exactly when promised, all their equipment was well maintained and in good working order. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction and the property was cleaned up before they left. I will hire them again and recommend them to anyone who requires tree maintenance.

If you want to hire a contractor where the crew shows up having no idea what to do, does not finish the job, leaves your property requiring you to spend 3 hours cleaning up, refuses to return your calls, has crew members who threaten you, has an owner who promises you to honor the contract and never shows up to do so, and calls before the job is complete to beg for payment in order to make payroll for the week - this is the contractor for you - good luck. It will be the worse decision you ever make.

We have used this company a few times before They are always great at the work they do. We had a very large tree removed plus a few smaller ones. The were fast and the clean up was great, not just with a rake but with a blower also. Great work and team . This company would be the first that i would recommend for tree service removal or clean up.

i would hire them again! They were efficient and reasonably priced. They were also curteous and helpful when ask questions.

They called me the day after I signed up on Home Advisor. Very business oriented. Came out the next morning and got the job done. Hauled away all debris and cleaned up. Great Job! I highly recommend USA Tree Service, LLC.

While I hate to give anyone a negative review, in fact I never have, in this case I have to . I agreed on a price with the owner but when the crew arrived the foreman said he couldn't do it for that price. I told him that was fine and I would look for another company but while we were talking another worker cut down 5 trees on the other side of my house. Then the manager said ok pay for me for what I've done and I'll go. Seriously are you kidding me!!!!!! He wanted to leave me with this this mess 5 trees on the ground knowing that I had to pay him exactly what he wanted? Sorry but that's not the way to do business! Unprofessional.

If they say they're going to clean up after they're finished, you best stand outside and make sure. I had to ask (2x) for them to trim the top of the tree in the front yard. Never did get done. Nice job on trimming our palms

Everything done as I wanted. Here in a timely manner. The whole crew was Professional, thorough and did the job just as expected. Highly recommend the company and this crew. Had no problem with me adding another tree to the job. We adjusted the estimate and still great price.

If you make the first mistake of hiring these people (I did). Don't make the second mistake (I did) of paying them until the job is complete and everything cleaned up to your satisfaction. It took 3 weeks and 7 phone calls to get them to finally come back and pick up the 10 ft pieces of the large trees they cut down. The tree trimmers and the guy with the tractor that came to pick up the logs destroyed a large section of my side yard. After the log guy left there were still several branches too large to pick up by hand and a trail of small branches and vines strung across my entire property. He said "I don't pick up small stuff" got in his truck and left.

They were prompt did a great job for a reasonable price

The estimate was very thorough in what needed to be done and the cost was very reasonable and we were told they would commence work within 3 days. The very next morning they came in and did 80% of the work and thoroughly cleaned up after them, tomorrow they will return to grind down the stumps so everything will be done well before the time quoted. I have to say that they did an outstanding job and would use again in the future

They came out promptly to give me an estimate. Actually, they were very communicative about the time they would arrive. He came out on a Sunday and gave us a decent price. Not the best price but we hired them because they seemed responsive and we needed it done. We were told they would come that week - on a Thursday. That was a major factor in us choosing them especially since we had cheaper estimates. They didn't come. I called them for two weeks and left messages and they didn't answer me. I started looking into other tree trimmers thinking that they weren't coming. They finally called and said they would be there the next day so I ceased those efforts. They didn't show up again. Their worker hurt himself. I had to call them to learn this. I was not given the courtesy of a call. At this point it was about 3 weeks since the estimate. They arrived the day after that. Then 4 days after the work was completed they found my number and called twice in the day to ask for payment. I returned their call to let Kim know that it was mailed to them. I expressed how incredibly rude they were about not calling me when I needed answers but they started harassing me for payment immediately. If I was ever sure of the day that they were coming I would have handed their workers a check. I appreciate that their service is busy - but letting people know where they stand is important. I found better estimates from other companies. The premium price that they charge does not include good customer service.

Their service was great. They came in a timely manner, and did a GREAT JOB ! We thought their pricing was reasonable and well worth the money. The men that were here were professionable and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them. All the work was done that we asked and cleaned up everything after they were done.

They had a complicated, awkward job and performed it very well without doing any damage to the house. They had to lift a large tree from off my roof that fell during the hurricane.

The tree was removed in a short amount of time and everything was completely cleaned up and hauled away.
