Company rep said they would alert customer of consultant's arrival date/appx.time; however, he just showed up. Customer specified to consultant they were to be present during trimming of palms. Again, he just showed up with customer arriving home almost at finish. Had trimmer correct some of the work already done. Was expecting more professionalism.

The crew worked hard all day. They trimmed and cut down the trees quickly and they cleaned up all the debris.

I hired them on Friday and was told they would come out Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday passed and no phone call nor did anyone come out. Long story short, Wednesday of the following week they showed up and cut the tree. Customer courtesy would go a long way in customer relations. The actual job was great, no damage to property. Staff was polite and cheerful when I called.

Work was excellent and fast, I was very satisfied but had a little hiccup in the beginning for failing to notify me they couldn't come the day they originally promised. I would like to add that Adams tree service also gave me a price, their representative was most polite and had they been a little less money would have hired them. Having said that, they did offer the same price as USA tree service, but in fairness had to use USA.

I have to say that the team that was sent out did a great job. Even though I was pretty picky with what I wanted done, they smiled and completed what I wanted. Thank you so much for the great work.

First of all, here is part of an email sent by me next door neighbor: Your tree cutters were so efficient. Quite a job! All for now. Joan The neighbor behind my house wanted company name and said she could not compare USA job to any tree company that she has ever dealt with. Neighbor is a lifetime Florida resident. For myself, each and every man was clean-shaven, respectful and dressed cleanly and neatly. The job was done and the tree carted away with no issues. Next day some large debris was removed and stump was ground and dispersed in the area, leaving no sign that a tree was ever there. This was a complicated job, one that I could not do. A bit pricey, but, hey, what is a 85 foot dead pine going to cost to remove. Wonderful job, great attitudes. Would definitely recommend.

they were on time, fast and the yard was clean when they left. they did an excellent job on the tree trimming.

Make sure you have a WRITTEN contract signed prior to the work done so there's no misunderstandings on either side as to exactly what IS to be done. My fault as much as theirs.

It took them a day to come out and cut down my palm tree. It fell on my sidewalk, cracking two areas about 4 ft each. The tree was left overnight because the truck to remove it was late. I was fined $100 by my HOA because the tree blocked the sidewalk. Three days later after reminding them the stump was grinded. It's been 5 days so far and I'm still waiting for them to fix my sidewalk. Stay away from this company find real professionals. I hired them because they mostly had good reviews, but for $500 to remove a tree and trim two others you don't get what you pay for. Stay away from them!!!!!
