Way better than expected. I called for service/repair one year and two weeks after our original delivery. Stitching came out on footrest part of reclining loveseat. The technician called on his way to my house and showed up at 1:10 pm. Our window was 1-5pm. Very prompt. He assessed it, took pictures and told me corporate would call me, he could not repair on site and he had never seen this before. Corporate called a few days later explaining they would replace the entire unit. Scheduled delivery, our window was 9am-1pm. Driver called on the way and they arrived at 10am. Quick, efficient, and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I was shopping for lounge furniture and I went in here. Initially I was not impressed. I felt that the salespeople were ignoring me. I guess they didnt want to waste their time with someone who they thought was not going to buy anything (my opinion, which may be incorrect). I was getting angry and insulted, and was ready to leave, when another salesman, Dennis, came up to me and asked me if I needed any assistance. Needless to say, I was unhappy, but decided to talk to him. He gave me all the information I needed, and was very helpful. Told him I would be back after I had seen other furniture stores. About a week later I was back, asked for Dennis, and ordered a leather lounge suite. I scheduled the delivery with him. They called as promised 2 days before to confirm. They called just before arriving to deliver, and again after the delivery to confirm everything went ok. It sounds like a lot of calls, but it was not. The delivery men were also very professional. The furniture was very well wrapped and protected with furniture blankets and plastic where needed to hold the blankets in place. They got the furniture out of the truck and into the house where I wanted it in a very short time. I would shop there again, but would ask for Dennis. If I had spoken to Dennis when I first walked in instead of when I was getting ready to leave, my rating would likely have been 'A'. February 2012: I have since had Rooms to Go at my home, a few times. The recliner was broken at the bottom, and was replaced. There were a few things on the recliner and sofa that needed repairing (before the replacement), and this was mostly done. However, there are very many smaller things that I only notice every time someone is here to fix something else. I am not very happy with the internal framework (I noticed this when the sofa recliner was down). They have told me it is structurally sound, but they are looking into that as well. Their customer service has been very good for the most part, however I don't think the quality of their furniture is very high (certainly not the leather furniture), and certainly not really worth what I paid for it. Perhaps once everything is taken care of I will feel differently. Update: eventually I had to have the set replaced. Then I had the technician out again, the couch replaced again, and the technician out once more for minor adjustments. Now I am happy, Their customer service really is impeccable, they did everything possible.
Description of Work: I purchased a leather sofa, love seat and recliner chair. It was not cheap. I also purchased the additional treatment - presumably this treatment is done before delivery - no way of knowing, but it was an expensive set, so I decided it was worth it. I have no reason to believe this treatment was not done.
