put the dryer back in the correct spot.. I was given a one year warranty for the work and parts.
On the second visit on 9/5/12 a different technician came out and said the wrong thermostat was ordered. He had to order the correct one and then come back.
The third appt to install another thermostat was on 9/12/12. A different technician came out but after making the repair did not let the oven run long enough to see if the problem was solved. The problem returned almost immediately after he left, necessitating another call to the office.
The fourth visit a week later on 9/19/12 a technician again came out and removed the newly installed thermostat and said the first technician misdiagnosed the problem and the board had to be replaced, a more costly repair. He left and we had to decide whether to continue with the repair, since by now I had doubts that they could fix it, or buy a new oven. He said they would apply the price of the wrong part to the part we needed. We decided to go ahead and let them fix it so another return visit was scheduled.
They came out a fifth time on 9/26 and were finally able to fix the oven. It took over a month and numerous phone calls, not to mention time off from work, since they only work Monday through Friday, and cannot give you a time other than 8-12 or 1-5. On at least 2 occasions they did not come at the scheduled times.
Although they were very neat and courteous I do not have faith in the capabilities of the repair technicians and I would not chance using them again.
Don't make my mistake!
