Description of Work: Scheduled a cleaning and maintenance on our AC. This was the first time Barker saw this unit. The service person showed up on time and cleaned & serviced the unit. He was polite and did not try to sell what we did not need. He stressed routine servicing and made sure we knew they were available 24/7 if needed. Will use them again fur certain.

Description of Work: They installed a new a/c unit about a year ago. While the price was a bit higher than some others were advertising, they did an excellent job and installed a high quality unit. The most recent service was part of the annual contract we took on the new unit.
