After being rear ended, this shop repaired all damage in a timely, professional manner and submitted my claim to my insurance carrier. They were pleasant and very easy to work with.

They could've done a little better at keeping me updated on their conversations with the insurance
adjuster however this is nit-picking. All other aspects were first class--I'd use them again without any reservations.

Auto Body Work
I dropped my car off and working with the in house rental agent drove off with my rental car. It took a couple of days to get the body work done. I was told this before the work began. Work was finished when promised and they did a good job. They thoroughly washed my car also.
Can't see how the could improve the service. Very friendly staff.
