Big shout out to Team 4 of Air Docs! They came to my home today to replace the coolant coils as planned, as quoted, in our AC. They worked together efficiently, completed the job with no concerns to us, communicated well, and left the area all cleaned up nicely. 5 stars out of 5 to Team 4. Professional and pleasant at the same time…. Thank you!! We will be recommending them to neighbors and friends.

Air Doc's is the best Heating/Cooling company that I've every work with. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable service technician who took the time and effort to answer all my questions. I would recommend Air Doc's to everyone.... it's great to have a piece of mind with a reliable company when it comes to A/C issues in Florida.

Process went smoothly from start to finish. We personally solicited estimates and interviewed 5 different contractors to do this work. All came highly recommended and some had done work for us previously. Air Docs was head and shoulders above the rest. The management is highly educated regarding state of the art technology and obtaining the best value for a very expensive piece of equipment for our home. We were delighted they took the time to explain why they recommended the equipment they did and the cost. They also offered the best financing options, including no-interest, and the longest warranty of any of others. They installed on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. Although it was a challenging installation in the attic above a closet, they were professional in every way. The only question we keep asking ourselves is why we waited so long!

We had to get our dead 7 year old AC checked out. We had a bunch of people give us estimates, and everyone wanted to pressure us into super expensive systems that were more than we really needed. Doc's was different. They were professional, honest, and didn't try to high pressure sell us a BS system we didn't need. They offered a free 10 year warranty on parts and labor and we feel they will take care of us! We are customers for life :)
