Excellent, really no problems we've been going to them for years because we like their work.

For the future they could get donuts they offer free coffee while your in the waiting room but I want them to have donuts.

I have an old car, it's a 2005 Toyota with very, very low miles on it because I don't have to drive to work and stuff. I took it in to get it checked out. When they came back they said, "We changed the oil like you said, but there is a problem. There is a small leak in the water line and the reason is that it has cracked from the sun and the heat. There are a few other things that are cracking, they're getting ready to leak too. So you can wait until they are really big cracks or you can replace them now. Which do you want to do?" I said, "Let's replace them now so I don't have to be on the side of the road." So that's what we did. That's not a huge surprise either. The car is older and I can't remember the last time the hoses were replaced and some of the other work was done and all of the fluids got checked and replaced and all that other kind of stuff. So they were fine. The only thing that happened that was a real annoyance was that I left the car there overnight because they weren't going to be able to do it all that afternoon when I brought it in. So they brought me home and I said, "Listen, it's really important that you get me at eight o'clock because I have a nine o'clock appointment," and they said, "Yeah, yeah, no problem." So, at 8:30 I called them and said, "Hey, what's happening?" They said, "Okay, he is on his way." It turned out there was just a big old fat mix-up. When the driver came I was pissed and he said, "Well, that's not right. If you had been the first one on the list, I would have come here instead of going down to North Port to pick somebody up because it wasn't urgent." So it was a mix-up. Once they realized it was a mix-up and they saw that there was steam coming out of my ear because I had to change my appointment and I was not a happy camper, they were like, "Okay, look, we're really sorry. It was our fault. We will give you a credit." So they were really responsive and good about that. I understand sometimes things gets screwy and your name gets on the list and it's not perfectly in order and stuff. So I can't say that it was bad, I'm just saying that I was a lunatic. It was just a small human screw up. They gave me a credit, they were incredibly apologetic and they acknowledged their mistake immediately.

They always do the checkup. I don't drive a whole lot. They've been really careful about telling me, "Just because you don't drive a lot, doesn't mean your tires aren't going to rot from the sun. You don't have a garage, your car sits out in the sun all the time." They do routine stuff. I take them in for routine stuff. They change the oil, they check the air conditioning and all that kind of stuff. Apparently, there were some clogged filters around which doesn't really surprise me.

It went pretty good. It took a long time and I'm not sure what they might have done a little slight of hand on the financing. All in all it went alright. I wouldn't recommend them. They are car salesmen.

I use Venice Toyota.  I was there April 1st of 2016.  They're expensive.  It was $190 or something like that.  You go in for every 5000 miles but they do it at every 10000 miles.  I think they change the filters too often and change more than they need to.

Their service is not quite as good. The sales and the deals you get from them are excellent, but it's the service. They supposedly ordered parts and then when we took the car in when they said it was there, they didn't have it and they couldn't find it. It's just not very organized. We do have a service agreement with our purchase of the new car. So, for regular work, we'll probably still go to them, but we're not real happy.

I go to a dealer for mechanics and I am happy with them. I drive a Toyota and so the Toyota dealer takes care of that for me and that's Cramer Toyota. I have always been treated well there. They do treat me good. I think they treat everybody good. I have never heard any bad things about them. The first 2 or 3 years are free and every 2 or 3 years I update the car so it has been free for me. They give me 2 years or 24000 miles and I don't go anywhere. The Prius is 2 years old and I have got only like 5000 miles. I have owned 6 of them and I have never had a problem with one of them. I would say they are a little bit more expensive then some would be but you get what you pay for. I could go to another dealer and get a car cheaper basically the same car but I wouldn't do it because I like Toyota and I like the dealership. I take the car in there and if need be they will take me somewhere while they are working on it and bring me back. I certainly will use them again in the future.

Took 1 1/2 hours,I  saw car in parking lot and keys on empty desk. Told service agent and he told me I was 'doing good' oil changes take between hour and hour and a half. Then, he left and came back about five minutes later and finally cashed me out. Next day vehicle check engine light came on.... three service codes.... Googled the codes and found that most often its because a small hose connected to air filter isn't connected. Sure enough, hidden by air filter was an unconnected hose...I reconnected the hose and no more check engine lights. Was not about to bring it back and waste another couple hours in que for them to push a hose into air filter box. Vehicle also dripped oil onto driveway for two days, it should have been wiped off by oil change tech. Would I go back?  Maybe, Im sure they are honest and well trained for major repairs. This is a minor issue which I described when I received a follow up call from the dealership, asking about service quality. I probably wouldn't have written this review if someone had called me back about my complaint.

BRIAN IS AN EXTREME PROFESSIONAL SALES PERSON WHO IS A GREAT PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY WITH OUT ANY PRESSURE TO PLEASE YOU. HE KNOWS THE TOYOTA PRODUCT IN AND OUT. THERE IS NEVER ANY HASSLE, EVERYTHING AS PROMISED. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO PURCHASE A TOYOTA. IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE. MOST OF THE WORK AND BE DONE ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE.

I made an appointment for early in the day and, after a little shuffling around at the service intake desk, was promptly served. The appointment went quickly, and as planned. There were no arguments when I turned down a few added services they offered. The waiting area is clean.... But bring an iPad, Kindle or book - the magazines are a little sparse in the waiting area. They do have tv on, if that keeps you entertained. Satisfactory experience.....

Great. Got price over the phone from Jay Mitrani, he found me a new car from another area, I picked it up when he said, traded in my car on agreed price worked out with Mike. Ron in financing worked out a rate much lower than banks were offering even with someone with credit score in 800's. Picked up and dropped off my old Toyota as trade in 2 hours. Went seamlessly. Worth drive from Cape Coral, very nice and professional salesman and Toyota Representatives, Mike and Ron. Will refer my friends and will go back if they are still there when I need another Toyota. .
