Michael worked so hard to make my pool and deck surface beautiful. He installed two beautiful water fall features and worked tirelessly to make sure they were just right. The pool was resurfaced with a pebble surface and the deck was totally done with new pavers. It took longer than expected, but with finding good workers after Covid, that was to be expected. My home was a DeVosta model built in 2005, and it now looks like a model again with a modern pool and lanie. Thank you Pool Creations.

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
For about one year after March 2020 the service was fine. Then then our pool guy didn?t show up for two weeks. Our property manager sent us pictures of a green pool, and a pump that was not working because the water level was below the skimmer. Pool Creations said he quit without notice. This week I had to phone the company because the water was very low. They told me to ask a neighbour to fill it because that?s not part of their service and it would take too long. It was not something I could do as I live in Canada. The maintenance staff and front off staff are rude and unhelpful. The only solution was to terminate their service and find someone else that understands what service is all about. DO NOT USE Pool Creations.

Ray the owner did a great job handling the particulars, in which he has great customer service skills. I had a complete remodel with a specialty item. Coming from a person that doesn������t have much trust in contractors, I would recommend them without reservation. It just all looks great - done in a timely manner - I have no complaints at all.
