Whirlpool refrigerator was ordered 1/25/15, but when delivered door handle seemed defective and some water was seen pooling in bottom. Lowe's service came out and said that the handle was all right; the water was from humidity that condensed, not to worry about either the handle or the water. Refrigerator then began not only to drip water inside the refrigerator, but also onto the floor and to form large waterfalls of ice of the inside of the refrigerator. There is no ice maker or water connection, so it was not a plumbing problem, but a refrigerator/freezer problem. Lowe's replaced the refrigerator on 2/3/15. On 5/4/15, the handle on the second refrigerator section broke off. Lowe's was called with all the pertinent information (model #, serial #, etc.); this was repeated twice more before a service date was set in late May. When the repair person called to confirm the date, he was given the information again to make sure he arrived with the part. Finally an independent repair subcontracter arrived, but said that he did not have the part nor did he even know what the call had been about. Lowe's has been called numerous times since then. Today (6/26/15) when I again called Lowe's, the service department manager first said that another service person would have to be sent to determine the problem, which was already done 4 weeks ago and was a fiasco. Finally, he called Whirlpool, he said, and reported to me that the handle was on back order with Whirlpool. He said that I should phone Whirlpool myself in 5 business days to check on progress. The manager said that I was not entitled to a replacement refrigerator since the 30 day replacement warranty had now expired, and I would have to wait for the handle. The refrigerator has been without a handle for almost two months. I have spent three whole days waiting for deliveries and repairs by Lowe's, not to mention COUNTLESS hours on the phone. Lowe's, HomeDepot, and other stores continue to advertise this model for sale on their webpages and on their showroom floors, so the model and its parts must be available. I would like Lowe's to be responsive, responsible, and not to waste any more of my life.
Description of Work: Lowe's delivered a Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer in February which leaked and iced up, so replaced it. However, the replacement refrigerator's handle broke off on 05/04/2015, and Lowe's has not replaced it yet.

We went there to order the tile and it took them a 1/2 hour to order the tile. They called the warehouse and asked them to confirm that they had enough tile from the same die lots, so that there wouldn't be any variations in color. They confirmed that they had what we needed in stock and that they would call us in 10 days when it came in. We never received the call. When we called them, they told us the tile had arrived, and we went to pick it up. Of course, when we saw the order, the tile was of different die lots. We also learned that it was a closeout product! They didn?t tell us that from the start. This all wouldn?t have bothered me so much except that I was lied to, and they wasted my time and my wife's time. They didn?t have what we needed in stock. It was a waste of time and gas to go there and order everything, and then to go back and forth just to pick up an incomplete order. We had signed up for a Lowe?s credit card to save 5% off of the tile, and put the order on that card. Needless to say, they had to refund us. If it weren't for the fact that I'm boycotting a different home improvement store, I would never return to this Lowe's.
Description of Work: We went to this Lowe's to order porcelain tile for our home.
