We take great pride in our experience and expertise. Unlike some, I have a unique background of knowing all aspects of construction, both residential and commercial. Therefore, I can pinpoint the cause of the mold where others cannot. Treating the mold is not enough. It is necessary to find out what caused it so that the homeowner can prevent mold from growing again in the future. Many health issues can be related to mold in the environment in which you live. Sometimes a mold growth issue is not visually evident. This is why I have focused my business in Florida on mold air testing, assessment and detection. I can help you detect the mold and provide you with an expert opinion on what is needed to resolve the issue. Many times, the homeowner is able to treat the issue themselves avoiding additional expenses. If a mold remediation company is necessary, it is a best practice to have a 3rd party to do an air test and inspection afterwards to ensure that the mold is gone.

Not only did the Illinois Home Solutions remediate the model, but they also found a water leak, repaired the leak, replaced the drywall, and cleaned the air ducts. They returned to install shut off valves at the faucet where there were none previously (not part of the contracted work). All work was completed within 48 hours. Rachel provided exceptional customer service by alerting me regularly of any/all updates. The technicians were responsive and professional. Completely a trust - worthy company and priced right!

Providing Home Advisor with the scope of my basement problem and getting Illinois Home Solutions as a service provider for the basement remediation was the certainly an answer to the situation. My water damage issues extended from the roof through to the basement areas. All these issues were resolved through the services of Illinois Home Solutions. They analyzed and tackled the damaged areas with expert workmanship. I am amazed and delighted with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

Project: Inspection for Mold or Toxic Materials Jim has a very professional, pleasant and practical approach to addressing solutions for simple and/or more challenging projects. He inspected our bathroom and basement area for mold and found a very easy fix on our part. No charge for inspection and encouraged us to buy an inexpensive mold/mildew product that would be effective to remedy the area. My husband and I would highly recommend Illinois Home Solutions.

Jim came by to inspect my basement and explained everything in terms I could understand. He provided me with a cost for the mold removal and exactly what would be happening during the process. Working with Gayle the office manager has been the most pleasant experience given the fact that I truly know nothing about mold removal! The other bids I received were literally DOUBLE the cost of IL Home Solutions for the exact same scope of work! The basement looks amazing! I wouldn't hire any other company for this type of work - EVER! Thank you IL Home Solutions!

Jim did an evaluation and free estimate of my moms crawlspace where there had been water standing. He advised us that we had minimal mold and that all the steps we had taken to fix the problem seemed to be working. He recommended a product to kill any existing mold int the carpets above where the water had been. He was friendly, knowledgable and answered all our questions. I would recommend him and his company.

They were good but I thought they were using excess force when pulling airline out of the furnace vents. We had a few marks on walls and one small flower pot that was broken when they were moving airlines around.

Our four year old had been sick. We thought he was allergic to the dog. After allergy testing, we discovered it was mold. I have never seen or smelled mold in the house before. We had our home tested. They found mold in the attic and in the air conditioning unit. Long story short...we used to have to give our son allergy meds every night before bed or he would wake up all night long coughing. After having our home professionally cleaned, we haven't had to give our son meds at all. And he hasn't waken up even once in the night coughing. You can't put a price on how wonderful that feeling is.

I would highly recommend Illinois Home Solutions. The workers went above and beyond what they needed to do and even finished the job ahead of time. Mason, Jason, Ed, Tom and Brad were excellent workers, knew what they were doing and were very helpful to me. Being a widow, I sincerely appreciated this very much. And they were very nice and personable. I will definitely use Illinois Home Solutions again if I have a need for the type of work they do.

I was very pleased with Illinois Home Advisor. Jim Hadley is easy to work with. He put together a cost-effective proposal that has succeeded in removing the mold that was present, and will prevent future mold from returning. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer, and I was impressed with Jim's technical knowledge and willingness to explain the approach he was recommending. Following his work, I installed my own humidity monitoring sensors. The installed system has controlled the humidity levels well below what is needed to prevent future mold formation. I would gladly recommend him to any friend who needed this type of work.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They gutted the whole bathroom and when they ran into problems the cost didn't change. They also did it for the amount that 3 other companies in the area said that 'no one would touch it for'. They did an amazing job-our bathroom is beautiful! I definitely recommend this company for all of your mold remediation and duct cleaning needs. Jim came out to inspect my mold issues in our crawlspace and determined it was a small enough job that I could do it myself. Very knowledgeable and kind, walked me through step by step on eliminating the problem. He also gave me advice on some other issues in my basement. Will most likely have his company back to clean my heating and air ducts soon. Thanks Jim!
