John was very responsive and promptly returned each and every one of my phone calls. He answered all of my questions on the phone, before I had even decided whether to give him the job or not. When the electrician needed to come that day because of a problem, his worker got the electrician there promptly. He did all of the repairs in one day (including replacing the water heater) and did an excellent job. His prices were competitive and did good work. What more could you ask for? Update: Even though the woman on the phone said that someone would be by in about 30 minutes, someone was there within 20 minutes. He looked at it, said the part wasn't good for some reason and replaced it. No charge, no hassle. Can I give this company another A?

I thought they would use a Roto-Rooter to clean up my toilet line but all they did was use an auger and told me it would cost a bundle to do a thorough cleanup job. So I went out and bought my own auger and an enzyme that clears out the line and put that in there. I wasn’t too happy with the situation. It didn’t alleviate the problem and the problem cropped up again shortly thereafter. Their responsiveness was good; they came right away. The guy was very professional and he gave me a lot of good advice.

There was a leak coming through the garage ceiling. I was afraid that this was going to be costly. As it turned out, George looked for the simplest problem first, which required new wax rings and shims for an upstairs toilet. This company in my opinion provides an excellent service at a reasonable price.

I own a 2 bedroom 30+ year old e bedroom, 2 bath condo in Venice FL that is used only in the winter. In order to avoid the headaches associated with inevitable pipe leaking problems common to the condos in our development, we decided to be proactive and have our condo re-piped. I called a few local plumbers for estimates and Ctirus was prompt and all inclusive in its estimate. They also offered option a brand new 40 gallon tall water heater for $288 (all inclusive) since mine was almost 15 years old. They completed job (including wall repair), cleaned up and were true to their estimate to the penny. When deciding upon which plumbing company to use, I had asked them a million questions before making my final decision and they always answered promptly and thoroughly. I like that they are a family business and take pride in their great work. They were very easy to work with and I recommend them highly.

They did a excellent job. They were always on time and very professional and neat. They are everything you would want in a plumber. We are going to be using them for future work.
