Project begin with my wife & I visiting their Showroom and main office in Venice where we met with Calvin Grey who provided great information and education on their Arcadia adjustable roof system , he furnished literature , inquired about our requirements of the system and provided a detailed quote.We signed contract ( 8-10 week leadtime for manufacturing ); a couple weeks later we received a site visit from James ( Field Engineer/Project Mgr.) who took dimensions , look at design of existing roof line and went over options on how roof could be layed out.When unit was installed ( 2.5 days) lead installer Kevin ( along with one other person ) did a excellent job in making the design come to life.

I contacted the vendor through Angie list twice, months ago and to date have not received a response. I also was referred to them today by Arcadia the manufacturers of the operable pergola but I am not sure they will be interested in speaking with me. The company was out of Venice according to Arcadia and they cover my area.
I am hoping they will respond through Angie's List, I don't like making calls until there has been an initial contact made through your service.

This company is pretty busy and it is understandable considering the reviews here on Angie's List and referrals from my neighbors. My first contact for a quote was the beginning of August and I was told they may not be able to install the gutters until the first week in October. They were able to move the installation date up to the third week in September, but I wanted to get my fascia and soffit power washed prior to installation. Absolute was very accommodating and moved the installation date out a week. Communicating with Absolute is also a pleasure. Rather than calling them and possibly being stuck on hold, they mostly communicate via email and they are very responsive. All scheduling was done by email.
The two installers (not good at remembering names) showed up as scheduled and due to heavy Florida rain were unable to finish that afternoon. They finished up the next morning. Installers were excellent workers and the job was done in a very professional manner and left the area around my house spotless. Gutters look absolutely great and the color match to my fascia and soffit couldn't be better. Hasn't rained since they were installed, but I am sure they will be tested for leaks in the next couple of days. Would definitely recommend Absolute Aluminum and I will be calling their sister company for hurricane shutters for 3 doors at my house.

Great service from the start to finish. They kept us up to date on probable dates for installation since this work was dependent on weather. The gutters were installed and the area was cleaned up so it was not evident that any work had been done. The supervisor let us know when they were finished and asked us if everything looked right. This was an excellent experience for us.

Due to an employee that was subsequently discharged, we had to wait a long time for service. However, the company made it right by sending a very dependable and skilled employee to make my gutter repairs. He did a great job and I would recommend Patrick to anyone. The company did the job at no charge to make up for the delayed service for which I appreciated very much. The problem did not lie with company rather a bad employee that made promises he could not keep.

Nick Bowary reviewed all of my options and then drew up the plans.  He then oversaw the project from start to finish and he was always available to answer questions.  Scheduling was important to me because I needed to install tile before the new structure went up and I had a deadline for project completion.  All work was done on time.  The men who did the demolition and put up the new lanai were pleasant, knowledgable, skilled and efficient.  They did meticulous work,  showing great attention to quality and detail.

We had them replace out gutters, although we did have to wait quintet a long too ime between the time we hired them and when they came out. But we are extremely pleased with their worked the product.
