"I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to get help with your service need. Absolute Aluminum has focused on servicing our 50,000 plus customers we've installed since 1988. Due to the increase calls for service from work performed by other companies, we've increased our Service Department to (4) full time trucks to help facilitate as many people as we can in our defined service area. After storms or high winds (like tropical storm Debby) our service call frequency can spike to 5 times the normal service requests. Our crews do a fantastic job of getting to as many people as possible (both our customers and outside service requests). Steve (who you mentioned) handles service for our sister company, Absolute Window. I'm not sure how you would have been dealing with him, however, that may have played a role in someone not getting back with you. "I can't speak to something that occured in 2010. As the Director of Sales & Marketing I never want to hear of an instance where we failed to get to a get to a customer looking to do business! Something obviously went array in this case and no excuse is needed. Due to the increase calls requesting quotes, we've added a full time Appoinment Coordinator who takes and schedules appointments as the come in (in real time). This was done to eliminate EVER missing a call back to someone who is interested in doing business with us."
