Emily came and cleaned my grandfathers house for free after learning my grandfather had a stroke. I called her to see what deals she could make me and after hearing what happened was very sympathetic towards my situation, since this covid situation happened I didnt have too much money. Not only was that amazing of her, she put in WORK to make sure his house was clean and ready for home health care to come in and take care of him. His house looks and smells amazing. She was professional and very detailed with everything she did. 10/10 will recommend, and when i have more money I will hire again to clean my home.

The team of 3 arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They listened to my request to use our own cleaners for the bathrooms and at the end, my house sparkled and smelled divine!! They worked well together to get the job done. Even my sliding glass doors are shining! It was a joy having them come in and clean and I'm sure we will use them again. Although the initial cost of cleaning was a little steep, the price ongoing will be lower. The cost is the only negative thing I can say about this fine company and I do realize it is based on the size of the home. If you have a smaller home, the cost would be less. We have used a number of other companies in the past, and I have to say Sudsy Buckets is among the Top 2 in our book! Give them a call. You won't regret it! They are fast, yet thorough in their work. They work their magic and then, poof, they're gone out the front door...like little fairies! Highly recommend!

It went great. Emily & Amy worked their buns off. They were prompt, courtesy, professional & friendly. I loved the way the house smelled so clean when they were done. Best housekeepers/ maids/ cleaners, I have ever had.

I had this company out for the initial clean which was very reasonably priced. Two women came out and did an excellent job. It took about 3 hours in a 1400 sq. ft. home. I am using them bi-monthly. They came for the second visit and again did an excellent job. I have used several local companies and none of them were as good as this company. After each visit, I received an email asking for feedback, which shows willingness to correct any problems. We have used them twice and so far, would highly recommend Sudsy Buckets.

It has been three months that Sudsy Buckets has been providing Home Cleaning for us. I can’t say enough about the friendly, professional, accommodating and dependability of their employees. We've had Cara regularly and am so pleased with her she’s all the things I’ve described and a most upbeat young woman!!

OMG!! They were absolutely amazing! I had them come out to do a deep cleaning of my house and they were extremely thorough. My house looks the best it has ever looked. They ladies were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Emily and Amy were super not only in the work they performed but in their friendly smiling behavior. When they were finished we had a delightful smelling spotless home. The pricing is reasonable and quite frankly less than others I interviewed. I will continue to have them care for my home cleaning on a regular basis.

Sudsy comes every other week for general housecleaning. Either Emily, Amy or Cara (or two of them come). All are professional, courteous and efficient. All of them go over and above their responsibility. My house always looks great after they leave. I had had some health issues and all of them did things for me I was unable to do, at that time. They even put up with my yappy dog with no complaints. Their payment method is also very convenient. I would recommend them and will continue to use Sudsy Buckets.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ALSO SEE THE SAME POSTING UNDER THE COMPANY BLUE SKIES CLEANING SERVICE. I had used Sudsy Buckets under the Founding Owner MONTHLY for a year and a half and had given them excellent ratings. The business was sold to a company called "BLUE SKIES" based in another State. BLUE SKIES told the original owner not to say anything they would introduce themselves TO THE EXISTING CLIENTS, AS THEY STILL INTENDED TO OPERATE AS SUDSY BUCKETS LOCALLY. My introduction came when I received my credit card statement a few months ago with the name BLUE SKIES AS THE DRAFTING ACCOUNT. I was just about to contact my credit card company to dispute the bill when my son Googled Blue Skies and found out they are a cleaning service. At that point I called the owner of Sudsy Buckets on his cell phone thinking he had just changed his billing service. He told me he had sold the business several months back to BLUE SKIES. He now lives in a different State. I immediately called the phone number on my Credit Card Statement for BLUE SKIES and asked what was going on. The gentleman who indicated he was the new owner said he intended to and thought he could continue to operate as SUDSY BUCKETS. He apologized for not reaching out to us prior to taking money from my account he thought it would still appear as SUDSY BUCKETS on my credit card. Someone from his headquarters was going to be coming down to contact the current clients and set-up accounts. YOU CANNOT OPERATE AS ANY BUSINESS WITHOUT FILING PAPERWORK WITH THE STATE! I went online and searched on Florida’s Department of State Division of Corporations, “SUNBIZ” (dos.sunbiz.org) and could find nothing indicating they are licensed to operate in the State of Florida under either fictitious name, SUDSY BUCKETS OR BLUE SKIES. They seem to hold NO FLORIDA LICENSE TO OPERATE. When the business operated as SUDSY BUCKETS, R.H. the owner gave me a copy of his business license, State filing Registration and Liability Insurance Policy. He also confirmed that each of his employees was criminally background and reference checked. I asked BLUE SKIES FOR THE SAME INFORMATION AND GUARANTEES AND ALL I HEARD WAS SILENCE! … THEY NEVER DID COME TO MEET WITH ME, WANTED TO CHANGE MY HOUSEKEEPERS, COULD NOT GUARANTEE A CONSISTENT, TIME, DAY OR HOUSEKEEPER. ARE NOT LICENSED IN FLORIDA, HAVE NO LIABILITY INSURANCE OR PROOF OF BACKGROUND AND REFERENCE CHECKING THEIR EMPLOYEES! SO I GUESS THEY EXPECT YOU ARE GOING TO OPEN YOUR HOME TO A REVOLVING DOOR OF PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE NO FLORIDA LICENSE, LIABILITY OR OTHER ROUTINE BUSINESS OPERATING ASSURANCES AND THEY COULD NOT KEEP ANY EMPLOYEES NOR HIRE ANY! Employees were leaving faster than they could hire them. On Florida’s Division of Corporations “SUNBIZ”, ALL LISTINGS UNDER BLUE SKIES CLEANING SERVICES, HAVE EXPIRED AND THERE IS NO SUDSY BUCKETS EITHER! TECHNICALLY THEY ILLEGALLY OBTAINED, CHARGED AND TOOK PAYMENTS FROM MY CREDIT CARD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, HAD NO FLORIDA LICENSE, CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT. I COULD HAVE THE PAYMENTS REVERSED!

Ms. Hazel called me when I was sleeping early morning around 8am. I felt that she did not communicate her position clearly. Ms. Hazel explain that there was no availability and that is why I was unable to book appointment for Monday. I told her, "what are you talking about." She explained that I had submitted a trouble ticket; I explained I had problems booking the appointment. I told her the website started working and I already booked my appointment. She said no I did not and I told her I have a confirmation in my email pending approval. Ms. Hazel other people booked there appointment before me and she can book me for Tuesday. So I said, "what are you talking about?" I asked, does your system allow multiple to people to book for the same time on the same date. Ms. Hazel, explained I do not have a booking. I was so confused. I said, fine go ahead and cancel my booking on Monday its not a big deal." She hung up the phone on me, while I was still speaking. Then, I called back and I asked why did you hung up the phone on me? She said she didn't. I requested to speak with a Manager. Ms. Hazel explained, Ms. Emily the Manager will call me right back. I never received a return phone call. I called again early afternoon and left a voicemail. Until this day no one has returned my phone call. Now when I call my call goes straight to voicemail. When I check my email I have a booking request, a confirmed booking, and a cancelled booking. It was funny, because I wanted to speak to a Manager about setting up a recurring service between Monthly and Bi-weekly. I was trying get a good assessment for my needs. Wonderful cleaning company, but poor customer service troubleshooting skills.

The lady was very professional. My house was cleaned excellent, especially knowing it was one person cleaned slightly under 1300 sq ft in 2.5 hours.

Very professional and detail oriented service. Emily was superb, friendly, and made me glad I chose this service. Expectations were exceeded in every area. Will be utilizing this service again, and looking to sign up for the recurring service! I am very happy with the overall experience, it was much better than I could have imagined.

They give you a two hour window for arrival. Both times the maids arrived after the end of the two hours. Other tham that, the jobs performed were great. The house lood and smelled clean.

Started okay but quality declined. How can a tub be cleaned if a used wet towel is still there? Throw rugs weren’t moved let alone shaken out, etc. Felt just bare minimum was done. Ryan has since sold the company and I’m not inclined to try the new one.

Sudsy Buckets has been cleaning my house for several months now. Sharon always arrives on time and is respectful to my needs as I work from home. Communication is a plus with both Sharon and Ryan which explains their great customer service. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to others.

Response time for my initial contact was quick and professional. I hired Sudsy Buckets based on the great customer service I received by telephone. That same customer service was evident when the crew (2 persons) came to the house. I prioritized the work and they went down the list. They continually asked if I was satisfied with what they had cleaned.
