David Storm talks a good game but the results are poor. I had to pay thousands extra to get minor changes over the builders supposedly compliant design (developer and county requirements were supposed to have been included. He installed 4" pop up sprinkler heads in my yard with St Augustine grass so after one year the heads don't pop up high enough to clear the grass. I have talked to multiple companies looking for a cure and they say the only solution is to install 6" heads. I asked this question at the time of the original install and was told by David that it works fine. He has a 3 month warranty and the problem started 8 months after the house was completed. The original grading of the yard was so poor that looked like a he had installed sod over a plowed field. He told me I needed to bring in top soil to fix it. Through the entire process I felt like I was working with a used car salesman. Low quality, high cost. I have to believe you can do hire better than Storms Landscaping. The people I hired to fix his work were definitely better.

Storm Landscaping never has called back after one year!! Stay away!!

They are part of the home owner's association, so we had several packages of services to pick from. They were friendly, and professional. They do a good job.

David was refered by the gentleman that rescreened my pool cage. I called him and he promptly called me back to set up at time to meet and go over some of my plans. He was running late the day of the meeting but called to let me know. We went over what I thought I wanted. He took some notes and said he would get back with me. He called me 2 days later to ask when we could get together to go over his ideas. I had somebody else coming out and let David know. He was eager to meet with me. I saw him the day after I met with someone else. We talked about his ideas and I gave him some more. About 3 weeks later we decided to go with David but had just a few more changes. David was very accomodating. We talked about my changes and he gave me some good ideas of what the yard was going to look like. It took his crew just 4 days to complete my yard. They pulled out the old plants and disposed of. They made all my downspouts drain at the sidewalk(under the sod), therefore not washing away all my mulch. He put lighting in that really set the house off. I am completely satisfied with the work his company preformed.
