"This is not a true statement. We do not contract out our well drilling out we own and operate with our own equipment. Also we do not pull our permits threw the city so they would have no idea about the permit. Our permits are pulled thew southwest water management. We feel this was an unfair review and not a reflection of our company."

"I recall this job specifically. We came out multiple times to fix a problem for free that was caused from a bad tank that was short cycling the system. We let the customer know if the problem wasn't fixed properly we couldn't keep coming out for free . We tried to resolve this for the long term and the customer wasn't interested."

We both agreed to give it some time to see if it would clear up. We made several trips to work on this system with no success and determined that a new well needed to be drilled. We had several wells ahead of yours and tried to move things around to get to yours sooner but was unable to do so . As you can see by other reviews we do a great job keeping our costumers happy and complete the jobs to there satisfaction."
