Leery about carpet cleaning but this was a great first experience. Eric answered the phone right away and he had a cancellation I could use the very next day. He answered all my questions.
It was like inviting a friend into your house to help with something, not just a big company.

The provider was on time, did a remarkable job, and the cost was appropriate. Our carpet now looks brand new. We would definitely use them again.

I had contacted Eric through Angies list with a couple of questions and he promptly replied.  We had remodeled our bathroom and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned after the last of the workers were in the house. Once we knew when the last workers would be done in the house, I called Eric and he scheduled to come out the afternoon of the last installs.  He later contacted us and arranged to come out earlier which worked out great for us.  He arrived promptly and it took about an hour and a half to get our carpets cleaned.  It was exactly what we wanted, not much water used so they dried by early evening so we could move furniture back.  Eric was professional, and very nice.  The carpets look so much better and we are very happy with the job he did.  I would recommend him to anyone who needed carpets cleaned.  The price was also very reasonable.  We had had the carpets cleaned a couple years before and had paid more money and had wet carpeting along with a couple of spots they did not get out so we are happy we went with Eric this time.  Very satisfied.

Owner, Eric Swilley did a great job showed up on time and cleaned all requested carpets and price was good $180 for area listed above approximately 550 square feet.  Carpet smelled lemony fresh when he left.

This is the fourth time Eric has cleaned our carpet and rugs.    He always shows up on time and does a fantastic job.   I would recommend him to anyone.

The couch looks great!  Eric got all the stains out from my dog and cat.

Again, Eric arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He explained what he would be doing and then set up. I watched him work. He was very through in the cleaning especially the grout (which had not be cleaned in 32 years). He took the time to seal all of the grout. We were completely satisfied

Eric thoroughly vacuumed all rooms, including using the edging tool around all moldings.  He then sprayed the cleaning chemical, paying particular attention to stains.  He used what looked like a buffing machine to scrub the carpets and finished the job by using the same machine but with mop type pads to dry the carpets.  It is not an exaggeration to say the carpets looked brand new when he was done.  I was really amazed at how stains disappeared with this treatment.  Eric was meticulous in his work, courteous, prompt and charged a very reasonable fee.  I have used other carpet cleaning services before and have never been this pleased with the entire experience.  Thank you Eric and Heaven's Best.  I highly recommend this company.

He was responsive to our initial call, and we set an appointment. He arrived a few minutes early and we reviewed what we wanted done. (Clea the carpet in the living room, dining room, and hallway). I mentioned a stain on the carpet in a bedroom and asked if he could look at it while he was here. He was happy to do so, He was completely done in one hour and my wife and I were very pleased with the results. NOTE: He was successful in removing the stain in the bedroom, as well.
Overall, he was professional, courteous, and effective with his work. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will not hesitate to use him in the future. I highly recommend him.

Eric did an excellent job. The chairs and mattress look and smell great. I had to reschedule our original appointment and he was very accommodating. He arrived on time, actually just a bit early, and did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely call again when I need his services.

Our house is twenty years old and the grout in the tiled areas somewhat neglected over the years. When we realized the grout color was not really black, we attempted to clean it ourselves, but that was not working out. Contacted Eric (after checking here on Angie's List) for a free estimate. The price sounded reasonable and Eric assured us the grout should clean up nice. Due to his professionalism and obvious knowledge, while he was still here, we set up an appointment to have the work done. Eric called the day of the work to let us know he could come earlier if agreeable and it was. Eric arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Thrilled with the outcome! Two of the tiled areas actually have blue grout and the third area has a neutral tan. Would definitely hire Eric and Heaven's Best again for tile/grout cleaning or any of the other services he offers.
