I highly recommend the company. All communication was friendly and professional. The windows were put in correctly. The installers were very nice and friendly. The work was done in a few hours and they cleaned up all the extra parts. I did have a screen that was cut that I noticed later. I called and send photos. The work was done in a timely manner. Thanks so much!!

Extremely well. Dave was quick to get here and give the estimate. As soon as the windows were received from the manufacturer they called to schedule the install. They were able to get all of the windows installed in one day and then returned to install the door the next day. Their employees know what they are doing and take pride it doing great work. As usual the product of the windows are exceptional, it looks great. A few years ago I had them replace all of the windows in our house and were very pleased so it was an easy decision to call them back to do this job.

Dave was wonderful to work with and everything was done on schedule and with professionalism. He's a man of integrity and full of up-to-date trends and ideas. Walter, the salesman, was great, very knowledgeable and on time. All went smoothly, the installers were very professional, polite and cleaned up after installation. They had some difficulty with removal of 2 windows but that was because of previous installation. All three large windows took about 5 hours to replace. One window did arrive cracked and that will be replaced around Dec 12th. We would definitely use this company again.

We were very pleased with the installation of new windows by Clear View Companies. Windows were ordered and came in as promised and on time. The installation went well, on time as promised. The new windows fit perfectly, the installation was professional, and the frame caulked neatly. The landscaping had to be worked around and they took care not to damage plants as best they could. The workmen were courteous and experienced. I would highly recommend Clear View Companies for new windows, as well as remodeling as well.

The windows were old and they also leaked making the building damp and so mildew. Clear-View said they would replace rotten wood around the windows too but they didn't. Just left rotten wood there. It rained right after they did the work and caulking ran down the window streaking them with white caulk. And water just poured in the windows after the rain. The triangle plex glass windows looked like a waterfall under them. The smaller windows had water just overflowing the edges and coming inside. The building is dome-shaped and the windows were on a slop. Clear-View selected the windows and should have known better. The small holes to allow water to drain out did nothing since the windows tilted inward. After complaining the did return and covered all the small windows with plexiglass. Not exactly what we wanted but the rain coming inside needed to be stopped. But it didn't work. The window steamed up between the layers. Clearly the installation was sloppy. There were hole where day light came through around the windows. So we had to spend hours cleaning the caulking off that ran down after the rain and then caulk everything again. There is still the rotten wood behind the walls but the leaking seems minimal now. No thanks to Clear-View. It was sorry work. Walter, the sales rep, was nice but that's the only good thing. Nice doesn't cut it.

Your Church did not want to spend the required amount of money to install properly and have a warranty. This is just the way you do business, "Not want it done right, than blame the window company that does the work the way you wanted it" You are not a very good person to do work for, You get what you asked for, now it's our fault. When you're told how it needs to be done that's the only way to have it not leak, than you have insisted you want it done your way to SAVE MONEY, this is what happens. Sorry about the problems, But we told you it would leak."

Sorry it has taken me so long to write this review but I was giving ample time to make it correct. Here's an basic outline of what happened. The project took more than a week to complete. They took out one of the circle vents and left it wide open for three days and had not told me when they would be coming back. I had to call several times. I complained about the open hole into my attic for critters and the owner said he drove by and didn't see it. Finally, I did get them back. When we did a hurried walk through, I pointed out problem areas and excuses were made and, yes, I did write the final payment. I called back several times to ask if they would come back and fix the area in one spot where the siding didn't completely cover the wood up to the roof, a light fixture and corner that were just cut around and not secured, and another light fixture that was really loose. So loose that a squirrel kept pulling it down and trying to get in. I finally did hear back from Dave, the owner. He didn't scream at me but he did get loud and said that he wasn't an electrician and would not flush mount the light fixtures. (Amazing that one light fixture was done correctly). He suggested that I get a handyman to finish it up. I did get a handy man who did a great job and for an additional $150, he fixed all of my complaints. It seems like a poor business man who would send you elsewhere to fix his mistakes. And by the prices you can tell the fixes were somewhat minor. Just proves he doesn't care about his customers.

"We care about our customers, The pictures show what the problem was. It was you not wanting to pay an electrician to move the electric, so it was not buried under the soffit panels. The installers ARE NOT ELECTRICIANS, you were told several times to have it moved but refused."

They didn't stop the leak which was job number one. you don't do the repairs of a link without stopping the leak first. I still have a link and the exact same problems and damages are occurring. They tore everything up and replaced it it fine but they didn't top the leak so it is still leaking and damaging the exact same areas.

"Contract was NOT to stop a link. The contract clearly states all work that was complete, ANY additional work outside the scope would be at an additional cost. You REFUSE to pay for additional work. You had YOUR contracted work completed."

I responded to a special offer on Angie?s List for $500 off for a payment of $250 on replacement widows from Clear-View Windows, LLC.
When I called, they had a sales rep at my home within days, we agreed on replacing windows in my three bathrooms with updated, ?Impact Plus? windows.
The cost was acceptable and they even improved on the discount. I had to wait for about three weeks for the factory to manufacture the windows for a custom fit, which minimized any installation problems.
Once the windows were delivered from the factory I got a call the next day and we arranged for installation the next day after that. All
in all, from purchase to installation took three weeks and a day. Pretty good.
The installer, Don B., was professional, efficient and swift. He and his assistant had the windows installed in under four hours and I
am quite satisfied with the entire sales to installation experience.

Don and his helper arrived right on time for the installation. I purchased two low-e / low solar heat gain windows to replace the builder specials originally installed in my house. They did a great job with the installation, sealed and cleaned everything up nicely.
Next year I plan to use them to replace the remaining windows in the house.

The whole house was finished in two days. The work was great and, believe it or not, they actually have customer service years after the job was finished which is very hard to find these days! I would recommend Clear View Windows to anyone looking for windows & doors.

The new windows were extremely high quality. They look much better, both from inside and outside. The electricity bill was reduced, but I can't tell you how much, because I also installed a radiant barrier in the attic.

We used them about a year and a half ago. It took them one day to complete the work. The crew came out, but they were all polite, they did their work, and they made it look easy. We purchased the windows from them also. We felt a big difference in our home after they were done with the installation. The windows kept our home cooler and then warmer when needed it to be warmer. Also the windows helped block out the sound and our air conditioner bill went down too. I find as much pleasure in the windows today as the day that they installed them. That was the first time that we have used them and we would definitely use them again. We are still satisfied with the windows and they had a good price. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

We used them recently about 7 months ago. They installed about 3 windows and one guy did this entire job. He was punctual, professional and clean. This was about the 3rd time that I have used them and they are also close by. They also offered me a military discount.

They started the work back in march and we just finished the final work this week. The work was good, but I was disappointed in their service. They were responsive and they did windows and drywall frame work; as well as some concrete block work for me. I felt like it was all about the money and the check; they “needed it today” or they “could not” do the work. After the work was done, I didn’t know that I had to have a final inspection. I had to get 2 different permits for contractors throughout the jobs and they wanted me to know when the final permit was done. They then wanted me to drop off the permit box to them. I kept telling them that if they wanted it they could come get it, since my tenants already moved in. I then got a final email from the owner and it was not “Please, can you do this anymore” anymore, it a was more of a a “Just Do It” mentality email.

"This customer hired her own subs to do the Electric & Plumbing along with the HVAC. These subs failed their inspection several times and needed to be reinspected. This is what happens when you let a customer hire their own subs to save money. This is a learning lesson for homeowners to let the professionals do what they do best and just leave it to the Contractor to do the job from start to finish. You never save anything when the contractor is always waiting on your subs(the ones homeowner hires)to get the job done. We completed our contract with you several months ago and you did all finishes after we did the Drywall and texturing Completion Date was 5-3-2013. I'm very sorry if this project was more then you could handle, we offered to do the complete job for you but you stated you wanted to save money. It has taken you and your Subs this long to finish."

They do excellent work. They did this at my condo in Florida back in March. They replaced my window and put in hurricane windows. They were on time, clean and they didn’t mess up my place. They also finished my job on time too. The owner was very professional. That was the first time we used them and I would definitely recommended them to others.
