I hired Certified Roofers to replace the roof of my home by referral from a friend who was a very satisfied client of theirs previously.  They came out to my home to inspect and quote the job the day after I contacted them; we were under contract for the new roof that afternoon as their professionalism and budget was very appealing to me.  Other roofing companies told me that the job would take at least 6 days to complete... Certified Roofers had it completed in 4 days and right on budget.  This was no small job either!!  I recommend them to all my family, friends, and clients and thought the rest of Tampa should look to Certified for all their roofing needs.

They came out the day that was scheduled and finished the repair in a few hours.  We have had several strong rains since the repair and everything seems to be repaired finally.  I am very grateful they were able to finally fix this problem for us. I will be calling them when it is time to replace my roof in a few years.

Person I spoke to said he would come by on Monday and do an estimate. Never showed. I called on Wednesday to see what happened. Was told he forgot to put appointment in his phone calendar, but would be there the next day and fwd estimate to me. Never showed up and never heard from them.
I must be an unusual case because they have great reviews from everyone else.

It went very well. They were able to get aal the work done within a day and a half. They would have had it done sooner if it wasnt for the rain. The owners were very professional and courteous. They were willing to explain all the options I had and they even let me change my mind on the color of the shingles at the last minute. They did not pressure me to go with the most expensive option. The crew that came out were polite and professional as well.

I am very pleased with their work. They were absolutely great. They work for two full days from 7 AM to sundown on both days. They are very hard workers. I received several estimates, but Certified Roofers and General Contractors was the best I got. I've already recommended them to several people.

They where on time and within budget. Completed the job in the required time frame. Alex and his crew were very polite and informative as to what was needed and performed very professionally. I would recommend them very highly to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

 My roof, of approximately 3,000 sq. feet,  was removed and replaced in less than two days. The job was started on the day that was forecasted. The crew was very efficient, polite, neat and thorough. My house has gutters and gutter-guards on all sides, secured by screws. The gutter-guards were removed, stored and replaced after the roof was finished. The area arond my house was policed, with a large magnet for nails on numerous occassions. I was kept up to date on the project by the general contractor, Alex Sanchez of Certified Roofers. I could not have wished for a better roofing experience, and I would highly recommend Certified Roofers to anyone.

See above.  Make sure that contractors are licensed, if you are considering a particular color of shingle get the addresses of houses that have them and go take a look.

I had a recurring roof leak in my garage for more than two years.  I had Certified Roofers out to give me an estimate but opted to go with another roofer who gave me a price less than  Certified?s by a few hundred dollars.  My Mistake.  He showed up by himself, took him 2 days to complete the repair and he spent more time on the ground smoking cigarettes than working on my roof.    It was not 15 minutes into the first rain that I had the exact same leak pouring into my garage as if nothing had been done at all.  He told me he would be out to repair as soon as he was done with the job that he was on right now.  After 3 weeks of phone calls and excuses I got fed up and called Certified back.  Dave came back out to take a look at what the other roofer had done.  The roofer barely did anything.  He did not change the rotten wood, did not replace the flashing and re-used the same shingles that were there before.  Dave told me not to worry that he would take care of it and he did.  He sent his repair team out, Chris and Chris Jr..  They opened the area, took pictures of the rotten wood that they were replacing, installed a new wall flashing and put in brand new shingles.  It has now been almost a year and not a single sign of leaking.  As a bonus they also were able to take care of the drywall damage I had sustained in the garage ceiling and wall.  I learned that you truly get what you pay for in construction projects and that cheaper is not always better.  Thank you Dave and Certified Roofers for a job well done.  I will definitely be calling them back in a few years when it is time to replace my roof.

We attempted to obtain quotes to replace our roof. Some companies did not respond, other quotes were substantially higher. We evaluated the roofing product being supplied to us by Certified Roofers as well as recommendations to improve ventilation and were given some extremely helpful information and advice, even prior to going into contract. Upon hiring Certified Roofers, work was started right on schedule and completed earlier than anticipated even though additional roofing work was needed to replace damaged roof surface. Workers were polite and efficient and, in many instances, workers would ask if we had any questions or concerns about the work being done. Calls to the owner were always returned when necessary and the owner, Alex, was on site to monitor the progress periodically throughout the day. The end result was a beautiful architectural roof which enhanced the look of our home and clean up was handled by the work team at the end of each day. Upon completion of the entire job, Alex walked the entire property to assure all debris had been removed.

I had a roof leak that was coming thru and into my garage ceiling.  The leak was probably due to poor design or installation, as my house is only 6 years old.  Called Certified Roofers and two other companies for estimates.  One company never returned my calls.  Certified provided a good, competitive estimate and I decided to go with them based on a recommendation from a family member.  The schedule had to be adjusted a bit due to rain, and after that the job went a bit slow due to the high heat and humidity conditions.  They ended up coming back out on Saturday to finish the job.  No further sign of leaks.

I have no faith in this company. If the job is too small or they are too busy, just say so.

I was very pleased with the finished product, although there were some problems along the way.  But, I must say, thye took care of every problem.  For example, at the end of the first day, the roofers failed to cover the unfinished roof properly and it rained and leaked through to the ceiling.  They repaired the ceiling and in fact, repainted the entire ceiling.  Overall, in spite of the mishap, I was pleased.

THE COMPANY CAME AND RIPPED OFF THE SHINGLES AND TAR PAPERED THE HIP ROOF. THEY DID NOT RETURN FOR SIX WEEKS. THEY FINALLY PUT THE SHINGLES ON AND RIPPED OFF THE FLAT ROOF AND COVERED IT WITH A TARP THAT HOLES IN IT. I HAD THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE TO MY HOME BECAUSE THE TARP LEAKED, AND MY CEILINGS AND WALLS WERE RUINED. THEY FINALLY CAME TO FIX THE FLAT ROOF FOUR WEEKS LATER. I DON'T HAVE NEW VENTS BUT STILL HAVE TURBINES.
