They just sendet me an Email, never showed up to a inspection did it with googelmap and send me a quot. I did call the office and from there it went smoothly. Just had to call al the time. Doing good work

Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...BAD SERVICE. Had a new roof installed in October 2015 and final invoice was almost $1000 more than what was quoted. Not only that but right away it started to leak in areas that it never leaked before. Tried from the very beginning to have them come and repair roof with no luck so I went to the County and had the roof re-inspected. Inspector found roof needs to be repaired since it is not up to code. Now CB Roofing Construction Inc wants me to pay them an additional $750 to have roof repaired. I do not recommend them for any type of work. Very dishonest. Wish I could rate it below zero.

They replaced my roof and 1 year later it leaked. Poor customer service. Did not honor warranty and charged to repair their mistakes. Poor quality of work. I would not recomend them to anyone

Timely, efficient, and quality workmanship. My neighbor was so impressed with what he witnessed that he hired them as well and had his roof replaced a couple of weeks after my was done.

Polite courteous o time and finished ahead of schedule.

My original 5-star review: My job was a bit unusual due to existing solar pool heating panels that had to be removed before tear off could begin, and I specified a rubberized underlayment where the panels would be reinstalled. I worked with Hans to get a great quote, including shingles from the Owens-Corning Designer Collection at no additional cost. He said there was a three-week lead time, so you can imagine my surprise when the crew rolled up a week later and completed the job in a day. I highly recommend CB Roofing. Update 4/19/2016: I still highly recommend CB Roofing for simple, "tear off and replace" roofing jobs. But if you are changing anything, you should consider hiring a different company. The reason is that it seems the sales & office staff do not communicate with the actual installers. Beyond the simple roof replacement, I specified the use of a heavy-duty rubberized underlayment where the pool solar panels would be reinstalled, and I wanted to add two 4" vents for the bathroom exhaust fans. The salesman wrote these into the contract. The installers seemed to have no clue where the rubberized underlayment was to be installed, even though they had removed the solar panels just a couple of hours before. They began installing it on the opposite end of the house, away the pool pump. Fortunately, I noticed the error in time and directed them to the proper placement of the underlayment. Two 4" vents were delivered to the house with the rest of the supplies, but they were not installed. After the job was finished and the installers were packing up, I looked at the roof and said, "Great job, but where are my bathroom vents?" No added vents were on the work order, so they didn't install them. (And they didn't ask why two "extra" vents were delivered with the rest of the supplies.) I spoke with the office and explained the problem. I also mentioned that the vents should be round, instead of the square vents that were delivered. They apologized and scheduled someone to come out and install the vents. When the guy arrived, I showed him where they were to be installed, and he asked, "3 inch or 4 inch vents?" I said "4 inch round vents. I'm going to use a dryer hose to connect them to the exhaust fans." He installed 4" SQUARE vents. So now, instead of a simple hose clamp to connect the exhaust hose, I have to find a 4" round-to-square adapter. If all you need is a simple roof replacement, CB Roofing is great. If you want to make any changes to the roof, I suggest you keep looking. (This review has been changed from 5 stars to 4. One mistake is forgivable; two suggests a pattern.)

The company does outstanding work but they did not communicate very well after I had hired them to do the job. They rescheduled the original appointment. They did not show up on the re-scheduled date and did not communicate until later in the afternoon the following day. This would not have been an issue if they had communicated better what would be a good time for them as well as for us. The quality of the work was excellent, just need to work on communication. I would recommend them based on their actual work but not strongly or highly.

Troy was and is an awesome business person. We need more like him.

The whole experience was great starting with Troy the sales man and ending with the crew. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jayson came out and took the time to walk the roof and showed me samples. Gave me an written estimate on the spot. He explained everything that his company will do and was right on. Renee in the office was very professional and nice. The roof came out great . I would recommend this company to anyone, and as a matter of fact I'm using them again on my other property. A+

CB was very prompt and professional. they were true to the bid amount and everything they promised. Renee in the office always answered the phone and addressed any questions promptly and politely.
