It took over 3-1/2 months to get my car back. It was returned once after 3 months and was not right. When I picked it up the last time, it was still not right and I had no confidence they would ever get it right. They promised me over 19 times that my car would be ready. My car was in perfect condition before the accident and in much less than perfect condition when it was returned. They could not locate the mechanical issue in the front end. I ended up trading my Infiniti for a new 2018 Infiniti the day that it was finally returned.

They replaced the bumper on my car and it's starting to bow out now. They were trying to blame the quality of the product. So I don't know if it was the product. When I was talking to the adviser, he was looking thru the report from last year and talking to one of the other guys in his office and they said oh its TJ  and they both made a face like.... When he was talking to me directly, he said they had to use a reconditioned part. I don't have a problem with their professionalism even now. He agreed that it did extend from the work that was done. He didn't clarify if it was the work that was done or the quality of the part. He did say they would go ahead and replace that. He took pictures of it and said ok come on in.

I didn't get it back until Aug 20th. I had an accident and it wasn't my fault. Her insurance paid for it. The back end looks great. The paint looks great and matches perfectly. The front end is not great. 

It took them almost 2 months to get it done. The car was not considered a total loss so I don't think it should have taken that long. Then when I got it back, they missed one thing and they had to order another part.
