They did an amazing job on the house. We have vinyl siding that had mold on it since we moved in, and they were able to make it look new. Our gutters were clogged so bad there were plants growing out of them.

In 25 years of property management I have dealt with quite a few trades people.  These folks are among the very best, overall, I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I called "A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing" and left a message after calling two other companies. One I left a message for and never got a call back. The other company, I think something must have been wrong with their phone line. David called me back in a couple of hours, came to my house later the same day, looked everything over, and gave me a quote. This was a Thursday. He came and pressure washed the next Monday afternoon. He initially said he would be there about 1:00 PM, but he called late morning and asked if it would be okay if he came later, or did I need to reschedule, because he had to have some unexpected repair done on his pressure washer. He got to my house about 3:15 PM and took about 2 1/2 hours to pressure wash my 1 1/2 story house, small back porch, small front porch, 2 small concrete pads, 3 car driveway, sidewalk, and gutters down by the street. He had to go on the roof to wash part of the house over the entryway. Everything looks great, especially the driveway and sidewalk. I had a lot of black mold and mildew on the pavement. He got it all off. The house was painted only about 2 years ago, so it didn't need a lot of washing. It certainly brightened up the paint though. Now that it's clean I can also see spots that the painter could have done a better job on! David was very professional, personable, had nice truck mounted pressure washing equipment, and clearly knew what he was doing. After he was finished we walked around the house together and he explained a few small spots that would not come clean (rust? fertilizer? irrigation? and very small remnants of some mud dobber nests). He clearly takes pride in his work and wants to have satisfied customers. I would definitely hire again.

Everything went very well. Showed up on time for the original quote appointment. Price was very reasonable and the owner Patrick was very professional throughout the whole experience. The description of the work was explained in detail. It was great working with them and will have no hesitation in referring to friends, family and neighbors.

Patrick, the owner, came to give the quote and represented himself as the person who would be on site during the job. He calls it an "owner operated" company, which I explained to him is one of my he main reasons I selected his company. We walked the job and reviewing the details and scheduled it for Thursday morning. On Thursday morning a man showed up alone whom I had never met-no sign of Patrick. In 7 years I've never had anybody show up alone to pressure clean. When I questioned it, this man told me that Patrick hadn't done any of his own pressure cleaning for at least 5 years. He assured me he knew all about my job. He had no written notes. I said okay let's see. I walked him into the back and said so what are we doing back here. He didn't know any of other he details ,so I let him off the hook and rewalked the job with him completely reviewing the details. On my property there are two main easy rules. Don't put equipment or my outdoor furniture on the putting greeen, and Dont pressure clean any patio areas under roof. Then I went inside. I glanced out the back and saw him struggling to drag one of my $1600 chaise lounges across the yard and onto the putting green. I went outside, helped him move all of thefurniture up under the patio - it's not a one man job-and went back in. I came out about 45 minutes later to find him pressure cleaning under the patio roof, the area I had asked him to simply leave, and he was soaking the outdoor carpets and furniture and the French doors were covered in debris and mud and water was getting in the house. I asked him to leave the backyard as is and just do the driveway and call it a day. I watched him do the driveway to be sure he stayed off the he front portico , I paid him in full and I left to run an errand. When I returned he was gone. He left a large muddy mess all over the Cul desac in front of my home as well as my neighbors. I have never had anybody do this in 7 years of my own home and my neighbors Homes being pressure washed on a regular basis. I emailed Patrick , the owner, about my experiences but he never bothered to respond. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I was very happy with the work done and I liked the guy who did the work. The cost was kind of high but the work was well done.

If you need a pressure wash job or someone to clean out your gutters, these folks ware exceptional. They were responsive, gave an honest estimate, did what they said they would and on time. Would recommend - professional.

David come out on time. He was extremely professional and considerate. He also made sure to tidy up any areas that got dirty as a result of the gutter cleaning. Would definitely hire again!!!
