A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing is a locally owned & operated company serving Tampa Bay and surrounding areas for the past two decades. Our commercial and residential pressure wash equipment has hot water and steam capabilities and we are equipped to handle all of your exterior cleaning needs. We offer free on-site demos to all commercial clients so that you can see first hand the quality of work and attention to detail that we provide to all our customers on a continuous basis. The company made a schedule and showed up on the date specified, They were a little late due to a problem with a previous job, but called ahead to alert us of this.  The did an outstanding job of cleaning our pool enclosure and deck. It looked new when they were finished. They were very thorough, professional, and worked hard to provide a great job. We will definitely be using their service in the future.

I called and got an immediate response and the job was done two days later. Patrick did an excellent job! I forgot to mention a walkway on the side of the house....when I told him about it he informed me he had already DONE IT and he did not charge for it. I am THRILLED that he did this and did the job well. I recommend him highly! Wish more people had his great work ethic!

Overall experience was extremely positive. Performed work without incident. House was noticeably cleaner when work was done. Also accommodated a request to clean a patio area which was not part of original scope of work. Price was reasonable would definitely recommend this individual ..

Did the lanai, too, but the back of the house to which the lanai is attached received very little attention.  I was not pleased to have to go out and scrub down the areas he missed.

Very professional team.  They were early which was ok as I was prepared for them.  They spent the time to make sure everything was clean and cleaned up.  I have had a couple different people here to do the pool and this was the first time I was completely satisfied.  I would recommend them to everyone.

When I first called him he had to call me back because he was busy.  He asked me the size of the my deck but I wasn't sure.  He is located in another county.  The appointment was supposed to be today but he never called.  I called the company and they said he was working on another job.  Another job in my county(Pinellas) today fell through so that is why he didn't come.  He should of called me when the appointment fell through.  If the deck was larger he would charge me for that as well as for gas.

"Ok we both know I told you I was going to come to look at your house when I was close to your house because I can't drive all the way to your house that is 40 miles each way and the gas prices are way to high for me to just look at a deck and tell you how big it is. I asked you how big it was and you got mad and said you're not a contractor. I asked you if you could measure it both ways and I would tell you how big it was. You're the first person that couldn't tell me how big there deck was that I have had to work for. I told you that I would come look at it when you wanted me to and tell you how big it was but I would have to charge a fuel charge to drive there because I had to pay my help and my fuel to drive and look at it. I also told you that I would come and do 200 sf that you paided for or I would tell you how much it would be if I was over the 200sf you paid for. You told me you just bought the house and I asked if it was on any of your paper work from buying the house saying how big the deck was. I tried doing everything to make you happy and you didn't want no part of it and hung the phone up on me so I don't know how you can give me all F's on here when I didn't even do anything for you."

had purchased a deal through ??Angie?s List? for house pressure washing. I was
called by the company after the purchase and a date and time was set. At that
time I asked about cleaning our driveway and sidewalk. A price was given and
that was included in the service. The house had mildew in the north side. It
now looks as if it was just painted. The driveway and side walk also look
great. The personality of both men on the job was very refreshing. They took
the time to explain what they hoped to accomplish and added suggestions in some
areas of water stain on the house. I felt very comfortable with them working on
my home. I will recommend their service to everyone.

He got here identified himself, explained what he was going to do. Started work right after that. He clean my house , pool deck and cage. He got the house completed and was starting the deck, before a Thunderstorm came. While it was raining he brought his equipment  to the back of the house. He got  ready to go as soon as the heavy rain stopped. He completed the job, it looks great. Anyone looking for a hard working guy I would rate Tampa Bay Pressure Washing..He was 10 in my book..

They were unbelievably nice, professional, and thorough. They did an excellent job on the pressure washing and also helped move the patio furniture and other odds and ends in and out. When I called they set me up almost immediately for an appointment to get the job done. They showed up right on time and got right to work. I asked the owner, Patrick, how much it would be to do my pool deck also and he looked at and gave me a fair price so also did the deck/patio. They moved the patio furniture out and back in and were very gracious about it. The screen and pool cage look like new and the deck is better than I imagined they could get it. The house also looks great even though there are a couple of spots (hand prints) that wouldn't wash off. I would definitely use them again and plan to have them do some additional work for me soon. This is the type and quality of company that makes Angie's list worthwhile. What a great job guys!

I contacted Patrick via email through Angie's List site on a holiday weekend Sunday morning and within 10 minutes he responded.   I would say that was pretty quick!   In my email I asked him for ad ay and time to come by and provide me a quote for pressure washing the lanai, gutters, and potentially doing the driveway and walkway up to the house. In his initial email, he provided me a quote for all that was requested and was able to come out the next morning at 9.  He arrived just a few minutes later than 9 and he and his partner worked their tails off until 11:45.  By the time they were done, my lanai and drive way looked great.  I'm sure the gutters are impressive as well- I will find out when the daily summertime 4:00 showers hit. :0)
My husband and I prefer to use local businesses when all possible.  We had a previous local company do our pressure washing for almost 9 years and LOVED him, but unfortunately he sold his business and the new owners were not as good.  I was very happy to find Patrick on Angie's list and see that he was a local business with great reviews.  We will definitely use him again.  His price and responsiveness were outstanding as was his work.

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job.  Our pool's screen cage had gotten green mildew, which our home pressure simply could not clean and our paver's were also moldy.  Patrick has the equipment to do the job thoroughly and with excellent results.  I originally made an appointment for him to do our pool cage and the exterior of our house, but when I saw the fantastic job they were able to do, I asked them to also do our driveway pavers and sidewalk.  We couldn't be happier.  Patrick was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  Our neighbor was so impressed with the work, that he contracted with them the next day.
We will definitely use Tampa Bay Pressure Washing again!

I purchased the coupon on Angie's list on Saturday and received a call on Sunday.
The work was performed on Monday.
The two man crew arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job.  The home is like new.
They took the care to brush spider webs off in a two story exterior alcove.
A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing will be my first call when I need this service again.

My husband picked the company out of the phone book.  He called and I think it was Patel who returned the call and gave him an estimate over the phone.   An appointment was made and they (two workers) were here on time.  My husband was called away on business, so he paid in advance.  When we got home, we were absolutely amazed at the results.  We have done some pressure washing ourselves, but always had problem areas that would puddle or other areas that were hard to get to.  We are so glad we had the work done by A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing, because it was a very professional and complete job.  He even cleaned some border stones, that had not been mentioned when he gave his estimate.  He can definitely count on us calling him again.  Great work at a great price!

My husband called this company without the benefit of an Angie's List search.  They returned his call and gave him a quote on the phone.  They came out when they said they would and completed the pressure washing in one day.  He had to pay them before they finished because he had to leave.  Everything looks fantastic!  We will definitely use them again.

They were extremely professional and worked very quickly.  The results were very good!  My son said, "Wow that driveway is really bright now!"  We knew we would need to repaint after the pressure washing, and they did a really good job of getting the house clean without removing paint which would have made it look terrible until we repainted.
