He was very straight forward with the estimate. The estimate was for $7600. I would include them when I go in for the second estimate.

For the estimate, the plumber arrived 30 minutes late but was very knowlegeable and discussed the various options available to us. He arrived on-time for the actual scheduled work. Very friendly and chatty and the job was completed in about an hour with no incidents. The finished work is tidy and leak free. We thought the estimate was reasonable at $200 but he discounted it to $150 when the job was done easier than expected. Much appreciated!

We spent approximately $500 on that service. The job went just fine. We would tell other members that they were punctual, reliable and were easy to get an appointment with on short notice.

Overall, the experience has been good. I've been using their services for about 5 years. He was the only plumber that had the repair equipment to replace a crummy pipe that had a leak. I called him and within 2 hours, my pipe was fixed. I had all of my water cut off, my bathroom was flooding so it was an emergency. The price was very reasonable. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced after 5 years of use so I called Willingham Plumbing at 9AM and they had someone here at 10AM with a replacement. The quoted me a fair price so I let them do the work. They had the new one installed in about 1.5 hours. Excellent work!

They came out the next day. They were pricier than I had expected, but they fixed it in about 10 minutes.

I've had to call Willingham Plumbing on a number of occasions about busted water lines. They responded promptly each time. After two breaks within a couple of weeks, I requested a quote to replace all the pipes and water heater. In less than an hour I had the quote and the job would be done on the coming Saturday. The crew of 5 arrived at 7:00 A.M. sharp as promised. They did a good job, kept the area clean and removed all the trash. The stayed busy all the time and never goofed off.

The garbage disposal would not grind up the vegetable peels and the sink filled with water. I tried plunging the drain without success. I called Willingham Plumbing 9:00 on Monday they had a cancellation and informed me someone would be out within the hour. John arrived and went right to work on the clogged drain. John had the sink unclogged within minutes. He explained why the garbage disposal stopped working and ways to prevent it from happening in the future. He was very professional and did not leave any water on the floor or under the sink for me to clean.
