It went well, they were very polite, and said if I had any further problems at all to give them a call. The windows had a lifetime warranty and they replaced them, without question, at no charge.

Carpet Installation
There is not enough space for me to give all the details. I will summarize by saying that the installation department was very inefficient and attempted on two occasions to charge us more than we should have been charged. The problem escalated when we decided not to use HD installers. This store even went so far as to tell us that they "may not have the carpet "in stock", and it was our responsibility to call other stores to see if they had it. Keep in mind we had already paid for the carpet and we had seen two rolls of it in the store one day earlier. Only after requesting to cancel the order did this HD apologize for the inconvenience and state they would have the carpet cut and ready in 1 hour. I spent more than four hours making phone calls in order to purchase a .60 cent per foot piece of in stock carpet with no padding. I don't think I've ever had such a difficult time trying to buy something in my entire life.

Carpet Installation
BUYING THE CARPET WAS EASY. THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. FROM THE MOMENT THE INSTALLERS CAME 2 HOURS LATE. IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT CARPET WITH THEM. HOME DEPOT DID NOT HAVE THE CARPET READY FOR THEM TO PICK UP ON TIME AND WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE TOLD ME THE INSTALLERS WERE LYING. COME TO FIND OUT HOME DEPOT HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE LATER IN THE DAY AND BRING THE OTHER CARPET TO ME. IT DISRUPTED MY WHOLE DAY AND THE NEVER COMPENSATED ME FOR IT. I WILL NEVER USE HOME DEPOT IN ANY FLOORING PROJECTS AGAIN. THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. AND WAS NOT WILLING TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH BECAUSE BASICALLY THEY DO NOT CARE.

THEY DID A VERY FINE JOB. THE STORE HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF TILE TO CHOOSE AND THEY MADE THE PROCESS OF BUYING AND INSTALLING IT PRETTY SIMPLE.
