I am telling you they are good to go and I believe it is a life time warranty to fix whatever is broken. The quality of the windows is to die for. They are absolutely beautiful both on the outside and the inside. They have a thing which they do that looks like moving around the window. Like I told my husband, "We are only doing this one time". And they have special deals. We had a special deal around October where they offered a free hurricane door with a side light. Who offers that? They gave us zero financing. Of course you have to go to whoever they recommend to get the loan, or you get your own. You can pay from whoever you have, it does not even matter. Their techs are immaculate. They cleanup and cover your stuff so that there is no dust. I have never seen anything like it. We painted the house before they put in the windows, but there is very little chipping that needs repair. They stand behind their work. These fellows know what they are doing. It was a five day job but they were done in 3. I changed the whole house; that is 19 windows plus two doors. When everything is done with, and if you are done with the permit people, they come out and sign off on your windows and your doors.
