We have been using them for about two years and we have been very pleased with them. The father is a handyman and rebuilt our entire front porch and a huge back porch on the back of the house. They come every week. Sometimes they get bogged down and don't take the time to do the little things. They make sure that everything looks nice. If it's raining season, they will fit me in where they can. They always get here the same day within the two hour window. We've recommended them to friends.
