Description of Work: Southern Management specializes in window and door repair and installation. Recently I purchased a high quality Larson Storm Door Full View, a glass and screen door from a big box store e.g. Home Depot/Lowes. The problem: no one wanted to install the door because our condos entrances are concrete and require the installer to build a frame to hang and install the storm door. The Home Depot/Lowes installers refused the job because of the high time and labor costs (they're contract may prohibit how much they can charge for installation). Southern Management was referred to me by another member of our condo association. Southern Management is a family business and they did an outstanding job! Perfect. The owner of the company is Gary Forrest. Gary also custom built a screen door for my patio and will repair glass sliding doors which tend to wear out on the bottom rollers.
