He was awesome! He told me he would finish the job in three days. In the garage, I wanted a new floor put on and the walls painted, electrical plugs put in so that I could put an ac unit in there, so that when when I do painting and stuff in there, I could have somewhere to plug everything in. He finished the job in three days like he promised. He gave me the receipt for all the extra materials that he had to buy. He was punctual and he stayed late the first couple days because he wanted to make sure he finished it on time for me. I was really impressed and I wanted to use him some more, but unfortunately he is doing another job that is bigger but he did squeeze me in just because I told him that my mom is coming to stay with me for a while and is was going to stay in there. Everyone was saying "You were chasing people down, I just don't understand that, do they not want to work?" He did the floating wood flooring, and then he re-finished the walls, insulated them, and did the electrical for me. He did everything very meticulously. He put the foot boards at a forty five degree angle, all of them, nothing sloppy. Everything was very well done. I was very impressed with his work I come from an architectural background so I am picky. Everything he did was very well done.
