Called in on July 4th because my AC went out . Response was fairly quick. First tech came out and did some work and advised it was fixed. I was charged $179 for service fee. Next day AC went out again. I called back and was advised it would b another $179 service fee. Second tech responded and advised it was 2burned wires ( apparently first tech didn't see it) , he also checked the capacitor and said it was fine . Charged another fee and was told it was fixed. 2 days later, AC stopped again. Called another company who responded immediately for half the price and found a bad capacitor and repaired it for half what Nis air had told me . Also, no sign of 2 burned wires. AC is finally fixed correctly.. No more Nis Air.
