+ -1 moreThey're horrible. When they delivered it, it had black marks, like marker on the cushion. I insisted on a new sofa. So, they left that here until they could deliver a new one. The new one, I watched the guy get it off the truck and the legs were falling off of it and he couldn't get the legs to stay on it. It was broken. So, I suggested to them to take the cushions off of that one and switch off the cushions and I would have been perfectly happy. They refused to do it. So I said, "Well, take them both back then." They said, "Oh, we'll have to get the warranty people to come out." I said, "No, you will not. You will take them both back today because I don't want them in my house anymore." They were going to pull that switching stuff on me and I was not about to have it. Their pricing was okay.
