Customer Service is non- existent; if you have a problem you will wait for 4 plus hours to talk with someone. If it is on a weekend you will wait longer and talk with India.
I was on hold for 4 hours then they hung up.
You can not watch a movie with the system and we have the fastest system they offer. If you are able to stream a movie it will buffering all the time and you will only try it a couple of times before you run out of plan or patience.
If you go over your data plan it will cost allot for tokens. Don't use the cloud of any kind or your entire month will be used in less than a day.
This company is a rip off and if we ever get another choice we are gone.

In June of this year I had Comcast installed for my internet because i was tired of alway "running out of data" with Hughesnet. Hughesnet would shut down, or come to a creeping crawl for internet every couple of days. As a student, I needed to research stuff, but who has all night and day!? After three months with comcast, I have had high speed access every day. Hughenet says we are still using data? How is that possible?
