Appliance Repair
I am a little upset with them. I am happy with the appliances but the deal was I will buy the appliance and they will send me either a hundred dollars certificate that I can save on the next purchase or they will send a seventy five dollar visa card and I can use that in any way I like. I told them that I don’t want the hundred dollars gift certificate because I have already bought a dishwasher, a stove, a refrigerator, washer, and a drier. What other appliance do I need? That is why I wanted the seventy dollar visa card. It took them four months to send me the first card.

It went really well. Problems developed not long after the purchase, but HH Gregg sent someone out very quickly to resolve the problem.
