+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a home in the Fort Myers area but did not move into it right away so engaged Penny to monitor the property for us and let us know if any issues arose. She has been so incredibly professional and thorough we are just so thrilled that we found her. She does much more than we originally requested and that is because she knows much more than we do about what needs to be done and what can go wrong with an empty property. She has already caught a couple of problems that allowed us to react early before they became big problems. I highly recommend Good Hands for property watch services.
