I was going to do the job myself, but I'm glad I didn't. He offered several repair options, purchased all the materials, and did the job right.
Where others may have been in a hurry to finish and move on, Brian allowed time for the metal coatings to cure before installing wood over them. Brian's craftsmanship is excellent and his experience shows.
