He was excellent. He knew exactly what to do and he did it well. It was also helpful that he was so knowledgeable about so many aspects of taking care of the house. Whenever he noticed something in the house that could be improved, he would give me a suggestion ? even if it was work that he could not do. Importantly, he was able to adjust his schedule so that he could do the work before this weekend. He's a very nice guy.

Frank put in a new sink and faucet (that I purchased separately) in my kitchen.  While the new sink was technically the same size and the old one it attached differently.  The old sink was held in place with adhesive (both old and new sinks were/are top mount) where the new one is help in place with a series of clips which screw into the bottom of the counter and attached to a rail system on the bottom of the sink lip.  Frank ended up have to enlarge the sink hole a bit and it was a challenge to get all the clips screwed in under the sink but because there just wasn't a lot of room left after he enlarged the hole.  He persevered and made it happen.  The bottom line is he spent about 3.5 hours or so and got the job done.
