He was not upset that we went with somebody else for the Bahamas shutters. The only reason we did that is the other guy can get them faster. It was a very good price. The guy named Neil was very honest, very friendly, very fair with the pricing, and he is one of those people who is comfortable with you right from the start. He is sincere, you feel like you can talk to him. He did extra work for us like hanging some pictures. We had questions about various blinds in our house. We have some blinds in the house that needed to be repaired and he ended up really having to go the extra mile to find out how to repair them and getting in touch with the company. I think that was something that you might not get from others. He really stretched.
