 + 4 moreHe was fantastic. His price was great. I am now using him on two other projects after I used him for that one project, so I would highly recommend him. The cost was very good. It was about the same if not less than other contractors that came out and gave prices. A lot of other contractors will add on orders and say you did this so it will be much more expensive but with him, the final price was very close if not same as what the original estimate was, which is very rare for a contractor. The price was comparable.
Description of Work: I used APT Construction for a full condo renovation, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, floors. They did the wall painting and built a couple of pieces of furniture. They did the kitchen. They did a lot of custom carpentry. They did everything like electric, plumbing, painting all the doors, and all he flooring. They pulled out the marble and put down new flooring.
