Property Appraisal
As far as they did, I think they did really good. I've had four different companies come to give an appraisal and this was absolutely the best out of the bunch. As a matter of fact, if I had the money I would have them do it again just to prove the other appraiser wrong. Sometimes you get people who care about what they do and others who just want to turn a dollar. Smith Appraisal cares.
