She keeps me posted on things that are appropriate and I have recommended her to some of my friends that are out of the area for investment properties. She is a very nice, dispassionate professional, which is what I need in real estate, especially in this market. She is very professional. I haven't gone far enough to form any more of an opinion. She is a nice person to deal with.
Description of Work: I've used Karen Titus to help me find some properties. I've not had any closure on a property with her yet.
