About us

Diversified Property Specialists, Inc. was founded by C. Lee Lobban, MAI and his wife Gaye Lobban in 1995. In 2001, they hired long time employee and associate appraiser, Kristin Rabatine. Deana Chaney came on board as a researcher and office assistant in 2007. Together we are a small but mighty team, dedicated to providing residents and business professionals of Central and Northeast Florida with quality and reliable real estate appraisal and consulting services.
