Back Order on my products bought a two tank softener system a carbon tower tank and the K - 5 RO system for under the sink.... waiting hear when this can be installed Bought it all on the 22 Nov 21 Great salesman came out and explained everything D & E had that would satisfy our wants and desires.

I was truly impressed with Fran’s knowledge and keeping solutions to my problems at the forefront rather than selling me a useless system. It is the first time in 30 years of well water treatment I feel like I won’t be battling maintenance issues. Not the cheapest solution but certainly the right solution. However, that said, Fran did what he could to keep system components I already had to keep costs down.

someone posted a earlier review in my name, it was not me, saying i gave them a deposit and never heard from them for the installation, so I called them and Fran got back to me about the problem. whoever wrote that review in my name are not being honest I got upset because I did not hear from them after giving my deposit so i called and Fran the salesman got back to me and explained that the girl never gave him my message. I want to be perfectly clear, I did not write that previous review, Fran was more than helpful to me ,spent a long time at my home telling me all about their system and doing a water test. Fran went out of his way to help me and then to apologize for the girl not giving him my message, I have no problem with Fran or D& E pump. I would give them 5 stars not 1 like someone wrote, shame on them for saying that was my review

Had an appointment to get a generic service. The power was checked at the switch panel where it was determined that it was not charging. The technician changed out a relay, but never checked the output of the generator. Relay did not fix the problem. He said he would go back and order brushes, this is the last I heard from them. They would not return my call. I just had another company check it out, and they fixed it in about fifteen minutes.
