I had to get an oil change and as soon as I got home, I saw the thing snapped right into my hand. They did the oil change that day. I waited for the car and the thing snapped off. I called them and I had to wait on a part for several weeks. They didn't tell me they were waiting for me to give the okay to order it. I called and told them I was ready to order the part. They are okay, I just had to keep getting back with them. Their price is pretty decent. I had to get in touch with her a couple times. I mean, I know they did the work once they got the part in. She called me with the appointment to come in. They didn't overcharge me as of yet. I don't know of any other mechanics around her yet. They are the only ones I have been to. I would recommend them because they are reasonably priced. If you contact them, they will try to get you in. They could work on communicating. It's a small office. They don't advertise much. It seems to be busy a lot. It's probably recommended by mouth. They do fit you in.

I was told diagnosis would be 30 minutes and would be charged $40. At 40 minutes the truck was tested, test driven and the knowledgeable and honest talking mechanic who worked on my truck came and told me what he found and what he did to correct my problem. I was then told I would have to be charged $80 for service performed.

We had a great experience at Bill's Motor Works. They don't try to cheat you. They're friendly. They're extremely honest and if you don't need something, they'll tell you you don't need it.

Bill's Motor Works is a local mechanic. He runs a really clean shop. He is honest and reasonable and he won't do something just to get money. 'A's across the board.
