This 4-point insurance inspection includes a limited scope evaluation of the following four systems. 1 Roofing Main System 2 Heating and Cooling System 3 Plumbing and Water Heater 4 Electrical System This type of insurance inspection should not be confused with a "standard home inspection" which is more comprehensive in regards to both detail and scope. Wind Mitigation Inspections: A wind mitigation inspection may help reduce your annual premiums by verifying the structures components utilized to diminish wind damage during a storm. INSPECTION PRICE POINTS Our prices for inspections may vary depending on the characteristics and size of a home. The following are some items that may affect our rates. • Age of home • Total square footage • Number of floors • Type of foundation (accessible crawlspace) • Pools, fireplaces, additional accessories • supplementary structures & out buildings We understand that not all homes are the same, below are our starting rates. • Condominium Inspection start at $200. • Home inspection up to 1,500 sqft, single story without crawlspace $225. • Home inspection up to 1,500 sqft, single story with crawlspace $250. • 1,501 to 2,000 sqft $255. • 2,001to 3,000 sqft $285. • 4-Point inspections start at $125 • Wind Mitigation start at $75 Chapter 468 Part XV, Section 468.8311(4) state definition: “Home inspection services,” means a limited visual examination of the following readily accessible installed systems and components of a home: the structure, electrical system, HVAC system, roof covering, plumbing system, interior components, exterior components, and site conditions that affect the structure, for the
