I did not get the color or type of paint I specifically requested and everytime a chair rubs up against the wall it leaves a mark. When trying to wipe off the marks, the paint comes off. I picked out the brand, color and type of paint I wanted for a reason. I am less than happy with this job.

We are very happy with the work Joe did. Turned out even better than we had hoped for. We will have him back to do more work.

Hired Local Joe's to repair drywall and install towel holder. Also to install two grab bars in shower. Great job, reasonable cost. Recommend highly and would use again when need arises.

Excellent service, price and craftsmanship. Turned lanai into a inside room. Work started and finished on time. Work included drywall, electrical, paint, some carpenter work. Also replaced dishwasher and installed ceiling fans. Highly recommend.

Joe was so sweet. He did an amazing job on our bedroom. He did the drywall and installed crown molding top and bottom and helped my husband with the closet doors. I am planning on hiring him again for the renovation of our Florida room.

The skirting on my doublewide was an eyesore, with holes and cracks from age. My home now looks better than new with a unique type of concrete skirting. Joe shows up when he tells you he will be there and his work is excellent. He did a great cleanup and left my lot beautiful. He even hauled off something extra for me. Joe kept me informed of each stage of the job and there were no surprises. You can trust Joe.

Joe is very efficient and loves what He does.He takes every project no matter how small seriously.I have hired Him multiple times and I am still amazed at his work ethic and quality of work.

Arrived when promised and completed work as promised. There was an issue that still occured after project was completed at no fault of his own, he came back at no cost and repaired the issue.

I initally hired Local Joe's Construction to redo my stairs in a townhouse. The stairs were walled in on both sides, Joe cut down on wall, leveled the stairs, added new risers and treads, and new hand rails and wrought iorn balasters. My stairs are beautiful. After seeing Joe's work, serveral of my neighbors hired Joe do work for them. Joe is presently working to complete three bathroom remodles including rebuilding showers, laying new tile and custome cabinets. Plans are in the work for hardwood flooring and a kitchen remodle. Joe was very professional and personable all in one, he repaired a valve in my kitchen and recaulked, and replace a faucet in a bathroom and recaulked around the tub. Beautiful Job, did recommend him to my sister and will call him back when needed and or ready to do another project.

We had two major leaks awhile back that damaged laminate in the hall, carpet in the office, part of the guest bath tile, and drywall in our master bath. We have since had the house re-piped, but that also meant several additional drywall repairs around the house. Local Joes' fixed all of this, plus they replaced an exhaust fan and the top pane of a greenhouse-style window. Joe and his assistant Jared (sp?) did beautiful work and were extremely professional and courteous. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. The two guys completed this in just three days. Joe kept me informed, and they were prompt and cleaned up each day.
