We picked Modern Design because of a recommendation. Overall experience was good at the end, although some delays occurred, partially because of the weather, and wrong pavers were delivered at first. Steve was always open to discuss problems and resolved any situation. His crew was excellent and hard working.

From the time I signed the contract to the finished product, Modern Design presented themselves as professionals, showed up on the appointed day, began work, and finished on schedule despite some threatening weather. The job was well done and looks beautiful. The only downside was the first day when they removed the paint and did not clean it up as well as they should have. It ended up in the street and stuck to tires of cars going by. After speaking with the rep, he said he would send a crew to clean it up and was very apologetic. They kept me informed as to when they would be at the house working during the entire week. The whole experience was very good.
