Recently purchased our home and the water softener was already installed.  We wanted to determine the unit was working properly so we contacted Albert Soft Water Service.  The owner, (George) was punctual, professional and provided very good service.  Checked our unit, water condition and pressure in the house and made some minor adjustments.  No hard sell - advised that our machine was okay at this time.  When it comes time to replace unit we will call George and give him the opportunity to quote us a unit and price.  We would highly recommend  George and Albert Soft Water Service.

I chose this company because it was family run business. I did see other companies with many more ratings however I know usually family run businesses are very conscientious about their reputation. I was definitely not disappointed. I also saw they did not list my area in their information but David Albert had no problem with going the extra few miles for me. David arrived on time was very friendly and informative. I had called another company before I found Dave Albert on Angieslist and they were charging 3 times the amount for the same service. Dave was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. This was a great price, great service, and knowing my busy schedule he was willing to come out the day before Thanksgiving! Have been using Albert Soft Water for a number of years to deliver salt. They also serviced the original water softener, and when it failed they installed the new unit. When it was time to replace the old unit, they provided multiple options (rent vs own, etc) with detailed information on different models. Once we decided on the replacement, they were able to install quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

Albert has been servicing our water softener for many years.  We bought a new one from them and had it installed in 2007 or thereabouts and they have kept it running smoothly ever since.  Usually the only way we know that they have been here is when we find their bill in our door.  An excellent service by a very good company.

Service technician appeared on time. Water softeners are new to me. Service tech clearly explained basics essentials on how I could keep the water softener running properly. Told me that I needed special salt -- salt pellets -- rather than the usual kind. Returned the next day with proper two bags of 80 pound pellets  and put them in softener. I knew nothing about softeners. Technician could have easily misled me into believing I needed repair work done. Instead, he said my softener appeared to be almost new and in good condition. Only cost me $38 for the two bags of pellets which included delivery and installation. Albert's was recommended by the board president of local association. I could see why. Very pleased and plan to continue using this service.

I have been using Albert's for 15 years. I purchased my original water conditioner from them, and they have provided service ever since. They are reliable, dependable, courteous and not overly expensive. They have maintained my original water conditioner  and provide me with periodic refills of salt which is what they did today. I strongly recommend them.

Was punctual, neat and pleasant, gave very good instructions on how to use the system. After installation was available by phone to answer additional questions.  Would recommend highly.

They were professional, on time, they were very efficient. They were very informative and reasonable. They were very nice and I would use them again.

I bought my house with a water softener that was hard to get service for and quit working in the past year. Removed the old unit, installed new, replaced all the old lines and drains as well. Filled it with salt and checked back with me within a few days to make sure I was happy with the settings and knew all the basics about my new water softener.

Company was called and came out the next day. Arrived on time and was very professional completed the work in less than 30 minutes and left.

THE OWNER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GO OVER THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING AND WHAT COULD BE DONE. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND THE WORK PERFORMED IN 1 HOUR TIME. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK THE WORK AND ALL THE SETTINGS FOR OUR FAMILY. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.
